Ambrosia Restaurant — Restaurant in Nashik

The restaurant is absolutely over reviewed. Al though the ambience and taste wise it still remains to be on the positive side but the service is abnoxcious. I have had an very disappointing experience in my recent visit to the restaurant. Based on the ratings, I had gone to Ambrosia with the entire family to include my elderly mother. Initially the Steward did not pay attention to us for almost 15-20 mins. Then after calling him he cleaned the table and leaving the droppings of previous visitor around the table and did not pay heed to repeated request to clean it. Even after the order was served the Steward had to be reminded thrice for serving water to us. On the top of it the staff started winding the layout and tables including floor mars/carpets when we were having our dinner. I finally had to close the plate out of embarrassment and ask for the cheque. The treatment was so rude that the restaurant did not even bother to offer us the mouth freshner post payment. A very embarrassing...

Cozy and calm atmosphere, they were operating on a reduced menu as they were in the process of introducing a new menu but they went of their way to make some exceptions for us which was much appreciated. The food was ok however the service was exceptional. The team and the manager specifically were great. They have a poolside too which was very relaxing to eat by. Will be back once the new menu...
