I recently visited Divatya Budhalya Wada in Nashik with high expectations, but the experience was disappointing from the beginning till the end. To start with, the service at this place is extremely poor. The waiters are not attentive at all, they barely listen to your order properly and instead of being helpful, their behavior comes across as rude and careless. When a customer spends their time and money at a restaurant, the least they expect is decent service, but unfortunately this restaurant fails completely in that aspect.
We had placed an order for a chicken fry thali and a special mutton thali. However, instead of bringing the correct items, the waiter first served us a chicken fry thali and a chicken special thali. After pointing out the mistake, the chicken special thali was replaced with a mutton fry thali, which again was not what we had ordered. Only after the third time did we finally get our correct order of chicken fry thali and mutton special thali. Such repeated mistakes show a complete lack of management and seriousness towards customer satisfaction.
When it comes to the food itself, the taste is just average, nothing that stands out or makes you want to come back. For the price they charge, the quantity is very less. The chicken fry thali costs 410 and the mutton special thali costs 450, but what you get on the plate does not feel worth the price. Another disappointing part is that the thali includes only limited rassa, and if you want extra, you have to pay additional charges. In a proper Maharashtrian style thali, rassa should not be limited, and charging extra for it just leaves a negative impression.
Divatya Budhalya Wada has a lot to improve in both service and food quality. The staff needs proper training in hospitality, and the food portions should match the prices. As it stands, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and...
┬а┬а┬аRead moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Divtya Budhlya. It was clear from the moment I entered that this place was popular among food enthusiasts. The restaurant boasts a two-floor setup, and we chose to dine on the upper floor for a more relaxed and inviting ambiance.
Upon perusing the menu, I couldn't resist trying their famous Divtya Budhlya special mutton thali. This delightful feast consisted of an array of mouthwatering dishes that left me craving for more. The mutton curry was rich and flavorful, while the egg curry provided a delightful twist to the meal. The mutton fry had a perfect balance of spices and was delightfully crispy. The mutton biryani was fragrant, with tender meat and aromatic rice, and the mutton kheema was a spicy and delightful addition to the thali. We also tried the Divtya Budhlya special chicken thali. It proved to be equally impressive.
The service, though slightly delayed due to the weekend rush, was friendly and attentive. The ambiance on the upper floor was delightful, offering a comfortable and inviting setting.
One thing to note is that the thali portions were quite generous, making it a bit challenging to finish. However, the quality and taste of the dishes made every bite worthwhile. It's advisable to visit with a hearty appetite or consider sharing the thali with a dining partner.
Overall, I highly recommend Divtya Budhlya to any meat lover who is seeking an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant's specialty thalis, including the mutton and chicken options, are a must-try for anyone looking to indulge in a wide variety of flavors. Despite the weekend crowd, the tantalizing dishes, friendly service, and inviting ambiance make Divtya Budhlya a top-notch destination for a...
┬а┬а┬аRead moreThis is a example of a restaurant with amazing food but the worst possible service. And this IтАЩm writing not only after this swiggy order, but after having a meal in their outlet near Mumbai naka. The order that was delivered was soaking with oil,my hands were dirty, the bag that I had to put it in got dirty and finally I messed up the dining table as well.
Firstly the order was placed at 1315 hrs, waiting time mentioned in the app was 38 mins, the order was finally at the gate at 1430 hrs. The delivery boy was prompt, he probably took 15 mins to deliver, that means the restaurant took a full hour to pack 2 dishes.
If the rush hour cannot be handled at least be honest and mention that so that people can order from elsewhere.
The only saving grace for you is the taste of the food is amazing and the standard of services people expect here are below average and you donot have a good competitor nearby ,you open by 12 and youтАЩre closed by 1600hrs according to Google,at least in that short duration treat youтАЩre customers well. With these standards of food you're restaurant is capable of performing atleast 5 times it is doing currently but if this the state of customer service both in your outlet and in takeaway you might as well close shop...
