Today i went in this hotel, i called the person who takes the order ( they wear yellow colour shirt ) but that person ignored then i called another one that guy was having zero knowledge about food, he left in between while i was asking about a particular item, such disgrace! then i asked another person and my God ! That guy was just not listening to what we were saying, we said Manchurian should not be made of soyabean because earlier we received soyabean Manchurian and he said " Manchurian ka order diya hai to Manchurian he aayega " in an arrogant way. Man, we experienced it earlier and we were saying the same and that guy was not agreeing their mistake. When we received the Manchurian, it was salty, the outer layer was thick and was not able to chew properly we complained then he said, we gave Manchurian to many others but no one complained like you are complaining. Man, We didn't liked it that's what we were saying and still he said no it's not our fault. Genuinely after eating we all felt it was salty. Then we ordered veg kabab masala, for 220₹ quantity was less, the gravy remained hot for just 5 mins only ! To be honest the taste was good, the kebabs were also good. We ordered butter roti and he added very less butter on it when complained about it he said we purposely added less butter because you prefer less salty food. We ordered 4 butter rotis 2 of them were nicely covered with butter but remaining of them negligible amount of butter was added , and that guy was not ready to accept their mistake, I ordered butter roti then why will I prefer less butter on it ? You have to ask first whether you want less butter or more, and then bring the roti accordingly because after receiving the food no one is ready to accept their mistake ! Now comes the main point we ordered veg dum biryani and he said it will take 15-20 mins we waited for more than 35 mins we all have finished our rotis we were sitting idle for a long time still no one cared to tell us that it will take more time, that one arrogant guy we asked why so much time are you taking ? He said you didn't give me the order you gave another person the order ask him. He was not ready to help ! That guy who we gave the order was listening our conversation and that guy also didn't cared to come to us, After receiving biryani we asked him why so late, what's the reason now he said it is on time only we argued that we waited for more than half an hour then he said it's rush hour. People were leaving at that time. They don't agree their mistake at first place ! It's our right to ask but they will argue such that you are eating the food for free. The quantity of biryani was very less as compared to what we ate earlier. Earlier means not 1 or 2 years ago I went here last month only and they changed their quality completely, also butter roti size was small. First i got decent size roti then as i ordered the size gradually got decreased at the end the last roti i received was very small sized as what compared to i got earlier. They made it very thick. I didn't complained it now because still they will not accept their mistake and if they agreed they will take more 15 mins to give us another roti, very slow service ! Please whatever the customer says agree to that, we are not fools to complain about everything we didn't liked or we didn't expected this kind of food then please agree to that ! Feedback is never appreciated here they just want to hear nice words from our mouth and they believe we give the best food only, if there's any fault, then fault is in you customers only ! The staff don't express this physically but from their tone of speaking they are very arrogant !

They just show we are very welcoming but if you complained then you are only mad ! Even small restaurants greet and talk nicely and appreciates feedback, but i don't know why kind of ego this restaurant staff has. After such kind of experience this would be the last restaurant i would like to visit from tons of choices. Tasty food i will get everywhere but the experience is what...

There are two types of main course one simple and another one special main course the waiter says that the special main course food will be adequate for 3 people but it was just 3-4 small spoons more than the normal one nothing like special. The tandoori roti is also small in size compared to other restaurants. The taste of paneer mirch masala is not good don't order it and also veg biryani tasted like pulao or masala rice Other than that whatever I have tried the taste was good Recommendation to restaurant : The quantity should be good enough for special dishes. Improve the quality of veg biryani and normal main course dishes

Update : i went here once again and the staff was very rude he was just giving some excuses for the badly prepared food and was very arrogant, not listening to what we were saying about the food, they are just doing a favour serving us the food as if we are eating here for free. Those yellow shirt guys need to change, talks very rudely and arrogantly and doesn't listens to us and talks with lot of attitude ! I will not visit here again! Egoistic people, they don't deserve...
