KFC — Restaurant in Nashik

I am writing to formally report a highly disappointing and unethical experience I recently had at this Thatte Nagar, Nashik outlet. Misuse of Customer Contact Information: When I ordered a Classic Zinger Box, I noticed that instead of entering my own contact number, the staff entered a different number—possibly their own or someone else’s. It is common knowledge that KFC offers a 10% discount on the next order via contact-based rewards, and it seems like this outlet is misusing customers’ contact details to claim those offers for themselves. This is not only dishonest but also a clear breach of customer trust and data privacy.

Improper Takeaway Packaging and Rude Behavior: I was also shocked to receive my Pepsi in a paper cup, unsuitable for a takeaway order. I expressed concern that it might spill during transit, but the staff rudely responded with "आमच्याकडे पैसे नाहीये" (we don't have money). This kind of language and tone is unacceptable for any customer-facing staff member. As expected, the Pepsi spilled on my way home, ruining my entire bag and causing inconvenience.

They have very poor co-ordination and the food takes much time. I had ordered my food and 7:30pm and received it at 9:30. I tried contacting but no one responded to the issue from their staff side. Update : So I received the food and ate only I would say 1/4th portion the rest I had to throw in dustbin. Let me mention I had ordered chicken crispy bucket (10pcs) in which 6pcs were not cooked well. Half of the chicken was raw. The zinger burger was awful it tasted like raw chicken with some wet covering of chana dal eww I can't even describe.I had alot expectations from this place but now it's zero. I would suggest you never to order from here. My brother suffered bad health after eating all this junk. Their food is below average , it's not cooked well and the service is worst above all. And the fried chicken stinks cause of the bad oil quality.

I'm a huge fan of the Classic Zinger Burger – it's literally the only thing I order at KFC, every time, without fail. The crispy fillet, the spice, and the signature sauce always hit the spot... until now. KFC Nashik, you let me down. The Zinger I received was not classic – they used a different sauce, and it completely ruined the taste. It lacked that punch and signature flavor that makes the Zinger so iconic. If you're a true Zinger fan like me, you know the difference right away. This wasn’t a bad burger in general – it was a bad Zinger, and that matters when you're loyal to a brand's classic.
