McDonald's has started a new system. If you have to order any burger whose price is below Rs.150, then you have to order it via their app, you can't order it on the counter. I have no idea whether they are instructed to do so by McDonald's Management, or they are doing this as per their will. Ordering via the app is a big hassle and a very time consuming task. It took me around 10 minutes to order for the first time, because it asks us to enter a lot of information for signing up. Also, when I ordered, one their employees asked me to give my mobile phone to him, and that he'll return it in 2 minutes. Maybe he wanted to give himself a 5-star rating from my phone, but he should have asked me to do that instead of taking my phone with him.
