The food is great but the service is terrible. The two times we have visited the food has taken too long to deliver.

Today we reached the restaurant at 9:05, order soup and starters and ate them by 9:45. We ordered the food at around 9:45pm, by 10:30pm there was no sign of the mains. The staff kept telling us it was 2 min away. At 13:35 when we got up and left, the manager told us we had ordered time consuming food. We were given the wrong information while ordering. We were told dum biryani takes 15-20 min. The manager told us very unapologetically that the food we ordered, especially the biryani, takes 40-50 min minimum. No apologies.

There is no realistic intimation from the staff about food preparation time. They should give a disclaimer at the beginning to order all the food when the guests sit down so that food preparation time is...

"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant and bar. The food was awful—completely tasteless and of poor quality. The service was even worse: painfully slow, unorganized, and downright pathetic. We waited far too long for our food, only to be served cold, subpar dishes.

To make matters worse, the prices are outrageously high for what they offer. It’s a complete rip-off! On top of that, the owner is unbelievably rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they act like they don’t care about customers at all.

This place is a disaster. Save your money and go somewhere else. I will never return and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."

Third class hotel + behavior of third class hotel owner + extravagant chef + third class service. Food is served one hour after ordering and the taste of the vegetable is also smelly & bad. No taste to eat.If you complain to the hotel owner that the sbji is not good or tasty, they start talking rudely, what kind of the hotel owner talks to a customer like that.
