I had visited Nashik from Pune due to some work, was craving Chicken/ Mutton Thali, and came across 'Maharashtra Darbar House Of Biryani'

Location: Easy to reach using Google map Ambiance: The restaurant has two/ three sections, and the outside sitting section is spacious & looks amazing due to the wooden furniture. The inside section is dark.

Maharashtrian thali in any form is every Punekar weakness, be it mutton/chicken, or even veg for that matter. We savor it with affection. Maharashtra darbar is a place that serves all of it under one roof offering choices between chicken, mutton, and seafood.

We ordered: 1] Maharashtra Darbar Special Mutton Thali 2] Maharashtra Darbar Special Chicken Thali [Gavran]

Here are the things I need to highlight : We went to eat in the early evening. The captain was humble to serve the food in the outside section on the request, greeted us with a smile, thanks  :) The mutton & chicken in the thalis were tenderly cooked, juicy, and succulent [meat falling from bones] The sukka, rassa[curry], and mutton kheema was deliciously packed with flavors Alani soup is good The bhakaris/ chapatis are thin & soft, freshly made, and served piping hot Instead of Indrayani rice, they serve biryani. However taste-wise biryani seems okayish. Anda curry is okayish Accompanied by onion, papad & lemon The thali is limited and enough for a normal single person with limited rassa[curry]

Parking: 2 or 3 max four-wheelers and a few more bikes can be parked in front of the restaurant

Suggestions for the restaurant: 1] Reduce the excessive oil in anda curry, sukka or add it on the request of the customer. 2] Biryani's flavor...
