Horrible experience at this cafe .Firstly i ordered pour over and paneer Tikka sandwich which i think should be veg but for them ig it wasn't. My coffee came within few minutes but unexpectedly that was not the pour over because it had coffee granules which were flowing on my cup and some of them got deposited on it .Idk which coffee they used for that pour over, cause according to the knowledge i have of coffee they should have used pour over grind but actually they used some other grind cause in every cafe i take pour over so ik. Secondly my sandwich came after 20 min and I took the bite from the corner so I didnt understand but when I took the second the stuffing inside of it was very chewy so I doubted that and immediately spitted it out and then I checked it was the chicken which was inside of my ordered paneer Tikka sandwich. Being a vegetarian guy I got so frustrated that how can u do that and when that waiter ask the chef what have u made then with full confidence that chef said chicken sandwich in front of me .like did u even inform or confirm with me before making that. I could have eaten chicken because of them such a disgusting and terrible service and after that they were laughing at it and said sorry which had no genuine feeling. I refused to pay the bill for that sandwich but yes if you are going to this cafe go at your own risk cause the staff is also not friendly and pathetic service and tbh the food is also not that great. U will find some other good cafes in the city which do care about people choices...

Service is painfully slow—so slow, we waited an hour, and the water we asked for never arrived. The menu is limited, and even that seems hard for the staff to handle.

The constant beep of the bill printer was irritating, and the server refused to turn it off when we asked. To top it off, a cat walked in with a dead rat while we were still waiting for our food. Yes, a dead rat.They had the audacity to levy us service charge despite everything.

The decor might look great on Instagram, but pretentious aesthetics (without windows btw) won’t make up for terrible service and poor hygiene. Owners, please focus on the basics before running a cafe. Until then, I’d suggest skipping this...
