Puffs n Rolls — Restaurant in Nashik

Never did I think I would rate PnR this low, or probably the only store I would rate this low! If I had an option I would even give it zero. :| that's how disappointed I am with their service.

Yesterday I asked for a pineapple cake but was unavailable - that's ok! Acceptable.

Next I asked for a mixed fruit cake - available - but when checked, I thought of not buying it. The fruits used did not look fresh! I was about to leave the store, the manager called me again, and offered me this very beautiful red color cake saying it is mixed fruit only, but with no decoration. It looked good, and I asked him once again whether it was truly mixed fruit, and he said yes.

Thinking why he will lie, I bought the cake. When we cut the cake at midnight, we had 2 bad experiences - (i) it was RED VELVET and not MIXED Fruit what we asked for. (ii) it wasn't even fresh, it tasted stale.

Today morning I visited the store, and the staff was like the second shift manager comes ta 2 pm and you will need to speak to him about it! WHAT THE HELL!!

The only question I want to ask management at this store - DO YOU EVEN CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS ANYMORE? Only suggestions - do not visit this store, they may...

I tried the chocolate walnut and pineapple ice cake from this shop and trust me both of them were amazingly delicious. They added the perfect amount of fruits to the pineapple cake and the chocolate melted fantastically in the truffle one. It was a mouth watering experience I had and would definitely recommend you all to give it a shot as they will fulfill your expectations in all possible way.
