Hotel Royale Heritage — Hotel in Nashik

I had terrible experience with Hotel Royale heritage.

I booked 2 double bed deluxe rooms for 4 people including myself using MMT with pay at hotel option. 1 week before visit i have called them personally and told them to reserve rooms for me as I am definitely coming to nashik and I will be checking in late in the evening. 1 ) I reached there around 530 pm and for next 1 hr I was waiting at reception for rooms to be alloted. 2) Receptionist cum manager Mr J D ( don't know exact name) , very rude guy, was confused which room has A C and which doesn't.

After too many discussions he told one of his guy to give me room number 204 and 203 but when I went to check rooms i found that those rooms didnt have air conditioner. 4 ) I rejected room 203 and 204 . After that manager alloted room number 201 and 315. Room number 201 was occupied by some other family 15 mins before. Manager asked that family to shift to other room. I asked manager to clean up room he first rejected but on raising my voice he agreeed to clean and change bedsheets.

Room number 315. Guest leaving there checked out in front of me at 530 pm I was told to wait as they need some time to clean up the room.

5. When I physically went to see rooms and found only bedsheets were changed . I told manager that toilets of both rooms were not cleaned on which manger replied that we don't have cleaning staff available after 5 pm and he told me that I am free to take my decision of whether to stay or not.

6. By this time my wife got angry and on hearing her raised voice another senior manager came out ( Mr. Shetty) . He assured me that he will be getting both toilets cleaned up in few minutes.

7. when I checked in i found that they have not cleaned up toilets instead just sprayed phenol and some air fresheners

By this time it was too late and I gave up and compromised to stay in room for one night.

This property has DERASAR in it. Many devotees and kids come and visit here during vacation hence this place is very noisy. Only positive thing in this hotel is food Breakfast menu doesnt have to many options but it's tasty

Bedsheets are dirty. Toilets is dirty as public toilet. Floor is full of dust No cleaning staff available after 5pm No hot water available at room number 315 Flush was not working in room 201

Overall if you need peace of mind then don't...

I booked a 5 bed room on 17 Feb 2023, for 2 days for my mom and other four aunties during their pilgrimage journey in Trimbakeshwar temple and bethakji in Nashik. I did phone booking and the tariff was 2000 per night excluding GST. The room was clean and location was good.

But, something went wrong initially. I am sharing that detail with you: I enquired about the room availability through phone and communicated with Ms. Huseina about the same. She told that room is available and I can book it after seeing the actual room and so I agreed on it. But when my mom and her friends actually arrived on the hotel location at around 8 pm night, the manager at night was different and he totally denied room availability, So after that I spoke about my conversation with Ms. Huseina and later the manager said that he will re-check and will do something. So after waiting for some more time he allotted a 5 bed room on the second floor. (No lift is there in the hotel building). My mom and all the aunties were in their mid 50's so imagine climbing the stairs till second floor and that too without any help from room service person. There was no room service person available for carrying luggage. The checkin process was a bit difficult but finally a good clean room was given. The next day morning when Ms. Huseina was there on duty she considered giving 5 bed room that was available on the ground floor. So the next day the room on the ground floor was given, and that ground floor room was already available but the manager who was there at night didn't gave that room.

I saw Google ratings for this hotel as 3.9 with few people gave negative reviews. Since it was 3.9 i still chose to book room but it was a major mistake. Terrible is a small word for this hotel and don't deserve even a single star.

On 30th Sept 2023, i checked in to Hotel. Initially they allotted 210 room with 4 beds which is not expected but the toilets were terrible like public toilets & not at all cleaned. So I asked them to give another room which is clean & has good toilet. So they reallotted Room No: 205. Even in this really not even a single thing was working. I didn't want to ask reception again as i understood this hotel has pathetic maintenance. No use to take photos of dirty hotel and show it in Google which will be disgusting. So sharing only external fotos.

No one in hotel inspects the condition of rooms. They think just brooming and doing basic water mop is cleaning the room and ready for next customer guest. I had to throw away the previous customer used items outside. As bad as is the maintenance.

Apart from dirty and unclean beds that stinks , not working flush, door locks, TV, water taps, power plug etc, Worst part is someone has to push the bathroom door for anyone to come out of bathroom after use. As bad as is the maintenance.

I don't want to spend more time in writing useless hotel review. Stay away from this hotel....
