WORSE SERVICE!!

A Disappointing Dining Experience - I recently dined at Veg Aroma. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the ambiance and menu had promising aspects, the overall service was severely lacking, making it difficult to enjoy what could have been a delightful evening.

Firstly, the basic hygiene standards were not met as the glasses served were visibly dirty. It was disheartening to see such a fundamental aspect of restaurant service neglected. Clean glasses should be a given, but sadly, this was not the case at Veg Aroma.

Moreover, the issue extended beyond cleanliness to a substantial delay in serving our meals. Each course seemed to take an eternity to arrive at our table. Shockingly, it took over 2 hours for our dinner to be fully served, making it an unnecessarily lengthy and frustrating dining experience. We had to repeatedly inquire about the status of our order, which only added to the disappointment.

Adding to the frustration was the unresponsive attitude of the waitstaff. Requests for basic items, such as additional glasses, were met with indifference. It was disconcerting to ask the waiters four to five times before they finally acknowledged our needs. Good service should be seamless and attentive, but unfortunately, this was not the case at Veg Aroma.

We returned all the dishes we ordered..! Imagine our dissatisfaction..you go to a place with hope of enjoying and relaxing.. but instead time wasted and we got irritated.. veg Lahori, veg biryani ..no flavour at all..and roti size was smaller compared to previous time..and also didn't look like tandoori roti..more like chapati cum roti roasted in a hurry.. They corrected the dishes but it disturbed the taste and not upto the mark.. we just ate because it was too late, and anyways hungry.. Service was too slow because of full capacity..looked like they couldn't manage work load.. waiters looked stressed, confused and tired.. We came here just 2 weeks ago.. food was ok then.. Also..the waiters refused to serve us regular water..saying that they have only 'Boring water'..but we have had normal water here earlier.. charged 25rs for a 15rs bottle Told the bad experience to the Main Owner there, least care was seen by him. Crowd is no reason for poor food taste and service. If you can't serve these tables reduce them!!

Owner shouldn't complain about crowd!! I think its basic sense and people have time only on Sundays, and we are paying same for weekend and weekdays

UPDATE: We had asked parcel for the leftover food we didn't wish to eat(that biryani), morning I checked in the parcel package they didn't give our bhaji, just the biryani. Totally outraged, this bad experience continued the next day...

Wouldn't recommend this...
