Arabian Dastar — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Arabian Dastar shocked us because this restaurant doesn't look like it serves excellent food when we look from the outside and see the staff but the food was delicious and excellently prepared,we had ordered two tandoori which were (not arabian chicken tandoori) but something which the manager had suggested and it was life changing,i had never seen a Tandoori chicken which was coated in such a delicious masala and it was so soft and and cooked to perfection and the pieces are excellent in size unlike the shrunken pieces we get everywhere else,for maincourse we had the one of the chicken Mandi,it might not sound delicious but it is served with 4 chicken tandoori pieces which is again coated in a exceptional masal, we r given two bowls of soups too which is think was made from the broth of the chicken,it is straight up liquid with no pieces of chicken but the taste is just something u need to experience and it is light and refreshing,and then there is the rice in which each grain of rice is flavoured,we also had the naam along with a gravy which was an alternate to Murg Musallam which was good,while exiting we can drink the complimentary lemon tea.Would definitely recommend anyone to go and try their food,it was just an awesome experience we...

First visit that came out to be the worst visit.

After reading many 4+star reviews we decided to visit this place with a lot of expectations and excitement and it came out to be a worst experience.

I visited this place on Saturday evening with my wife and my 2yr old baby, we have asked to wait for 15 minutes, there were some 6-8 families waiting and after waiting for some 30 odd minutes we got a table and immediately we ordered roasted Lebanese chicken, on a surprising note they have served us some boiled chicken which was deep fried nd was smelling like fish and after asking about the dish they were like Sir this is the way we serve Lebanese roasted, then after talking to manager they agreed to take it back.

Again on their request we ordered Mutton Rara and tandoori breads and again they messed up with the service, instead of mutton they served us some chicken dish.

After this mistake we asked them to take everything back and we left by paying them for a water bottle nd a roti which my kid had. At the end one gentleman came nd he apologized sincerely nd ask us to give them a chance in future to serve better, but after all these mistakes nd pathetic service I will not recommend anyone.

Was really excited to visit this place. Visited with my husband and my 9 month daughter. Initially everything was good. Food was also nice but after sometime the waiter approaches with finger bowl. I said to him I didn't asked for it. I haven't finished eating so he apologized and went. I thought he might have mistaken. Later a man comes to the reception and was asking how much time it may take more. He was waiting outside with total 10 guest. Then I got to know becoz of them he was in so much hurry and was rushing for the bill. I was so frustrated I scolded him this is not a way to behave with your guest. If the guest are 2 people or 10 people you should respect it's not that they are going to pay you more. They are going to pay based on much they will eat. After sometime I called him and said now bring the finger bowl and pack my leftover. And also Said this is not a way to behave. He apologized but the damage was done. My interest completely lost. He then asked me Mam if you want to order something sweet. On which I replied "No need your guest outside must be waiting". I will leave becoz I can't tolerate this place anymore.
