Messed up my order. The place was extremely packed so I decided to get a takeaway instead of waiting for a seat. So I ordered 4 crispy chicken along with some other items for a from the kiosk, where I entered a name and my phone number. When I picked up my order and went on my way back home, mid way I realised my takeaway bag only had 2 crispy chicken instead of 4, at that moment I was quite far from the restaurant and it wasn't worth turning around to get the rest of the order so I decided to just file a complaint and maybe get a refund the missing items. Once I got back home i tried to find a way to send in a complaint, there were only two options, call or email. I decided to send in an email with my issue described, but even after 2 days I got no response, I thought about other ways to contact and found they were accepting DMs on Instagram, I sent in a dm and even got a reply asking me to provide information such as my email, phone number and the order number. This is when I realised another issue, the employee at the counter took the receipt I got from the kiosk while I picked up my takeaway and never gave it back to me, the takeaway bag didn't contain any sort of receipt either, but then I realised I had entered my phone number at the kiosk so the order must show up on sms and the burger king app right? I was wrong, there's no sign of any receipt on either sms or the app. I have no idea what they're asking my number for if it's not going to be used for sending receipts like every other fast food chain does. Since I had nothing with the order number with me I explained in the DM what happened and that I can't provide an order number since I don't have a receipt, burger king responded that they'll be looking into the issue and contact later. It's been 5 days since that and I have received nothing so far. Read moreTHE WORST burger king outlet I have encountered till now. Worst of the worst service. The staff are very inattentive and behave like absolute dumb people. I ordered 3 regular fries and they just gave me 2 and took 20 mins to bring the 3rd, that too when I personally went at the counter. This ignorance is unacceptable!! Along with fries I had also ordered 2 peri peri masala packet but they even forget to bring that also and again took more 5 mins to give me the packets which are literally ready made!! I had also ordered 3 meals and they brought only 2 at first and took another 10 mins to bring the 3rd one. I have ordered 3 'medium' Sprites and they brought 3 regular cokes 🙂. When I told them to go back and bring the correct order they took extra 5 mins to bring a damn ready-made Sprite, that too brought the regular one instead of medium!! I requested them to give me water in my bottle, they took another 10 mins to literally give me WATER. I was literally waiting in front of the counter and all the staff was looking at me but none of them moved an inch to help me out quickly. And the burger's taste and quality; man absolutely trash!!! The bread seemed like yesterday's. The ACs are garbage! Non of them work properly, and when you tell them to regulate the temperature, they straight away refuse!! I recently visited Burger King and while I was hoping for a more enjoyable experience, there were a few areas where things fell short.
There was an offer for free nuggets with orders above Rs. 349 placed through the app. Unfortunately, a staff member took our order directly rather than through the app, even though they indicated we would still receive the free nuggets. However, at the counter, we were informed that the offer only applied to app orders.
We were quite hungry at this point, so we decided to proceed with the order regardless. It took a significant amount of time for our food to be prepared, especially considering the hot weather. After waiting for about 30 minutes in the rather warm restaurant, we inquired about the order's status. It took an additional 10 minutes to receive our food, and even then, it wasn't complete.
It seemed like the focus was on "speed" rather than "quality or accuracy". The overall experience, including the service and the food itself, was disappointing.
