I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately the experience didn’t meet expectations. We ended up waiting far too long to be seated, and even longer for our food to arrive. I understand places can get busy, but the staff didn’t seem very communicative or apologetic about the delay. Hoping they can improve on the service side, because the atmosphere and menu looked promising. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The food was bland, overpriced, and arrived lukewarm at best. I ordered the grilled chicken, which was dry and flavorless, and the mashed potatoes tasted like they came straight out of a box. My friend’s pasta was overcooked and drowning in watery sauce.

Service was slow, even though the place wasn’t busy. It took over 30 minutes to get our food, and we had to ask twice for water refills. The staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or attentive.

Absolutely pathetic food. Even more pathetic service by servers. I, along with my friends had gone there expecting to enjoy our last moments of the year 2018, but the food was such low-grade that it ruined all our mood. The head waiter seemed completely uninterested in serving and has zero hospitality skills. We ordered Prawns biryani which cost us Rs. 500 and kid you not, an inexperienced person in cooKing could cook better biryani than what we were served. It was tasteless... There was 1 or 2 prawns pieces which seemed overcooked and mashed. We were promised 8 pieces of large prawns at this price, but they were just small ones and just 2 pieces. Whenever I ate food from this restaurant or drank alcohol, Me, my family or my friends became ill or got food poisoning, at first we thought maybe there was some another reason but last Saturday night I had dinner, with my sister and Friend ordered food & beer. After eating, everyone will start having loose motions and vomiting from next day onwards.

Or my friend's condition became so bad that he had to be admitted to the hospital on Sunday 10/03/2024. And it is also written in his report that he drank expired alcohol. This restaurant acts so pathetic and cheap act to make a few rupees profit, even non veg was not cooked properly.
