I am writing to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had today at your Belapur branch. As someone who has always enjoyed Domino’s, this experience was truly disheartening.
After a long time, I visited the Dominos Belapur outlet around 1:30 PM today with the craving to enjoy a good pizza. After reviewing the menu, my wife and I decided to go with the "4 Lunch Specials" deal priced at ₹99 each, which clearly stated availability from 11 AM to 4 PM.
When we went to the counter to place the order, there was no one present initially, and we had to wait for about a minute. Eventually, a person (who later told us his name was Dashrat) arrived. He was not in Domino’s uniform and had no name badge, which was already unprofessional. Upon hearing our order, he immediately refused to take it, saying the ₹99 lunch special was not available — despite it being clearly displayed as available at that time.
He then told us to place the order online instead. However, when we checked, the item was not showing online. We requested him to take the order and provide an offline bill, but he rudely denied it, saying, "I am busy and I am not going to do the offline bill." This was extremely rude and unacceptable behavior. With such an attitude from the staff, it's honestly hard to imagine anyone wanting to return to Dominos.
What made matters worse was his tone and behavior, especially when speaking to my wife. His dismissive and unprofessional attitude left us extremely upset, and we had to leave without ordering anything.
I urge you to please look into this matter seriously. Incidents like this not only damage the reputation of your brand but also push loyal customers away. I sincerely hope appropriate action is taken, and that such behavior is not tolerated in your branches.

I have observed they usually ensure for cash payments the delivery should reach within 30 minutes because customers are aware they can pay 300 less, however for ordered which are pre paid online by debit or credit card, they show the product delivered on their app, but they don't bother to deliver on time, it takes 45 mins to 1 hr for such orders. Refering to my order number 128 on 8th June 2019 from Belapur Navi Mumbai store (the whole review and experience is about this store), the history repeated for pre paid order, the order was delivered after 55 minutes however was showing delivered in 25 minutes. After approaching the store on call, they said there account team has left so will process refund on next day. I reached the Belapur store manager Mr. CHANDAN he says their server is down they will process refund within a week. I approached him after a week and he said their server issue is persistent. I questioned him if the server is not working how is the store operational, he immediately changed the topic and said I am from accounts dept and they will process refund on next day. These people think they are smart to take the customer on ride? I wish I would share the WhatsApp conversation with Mr Chandan who is store manager (according to their staff). Till date I am waiting for the refund. I submitted my concern on Domino's android app, however I am sure there is no one who looks after the customer feedback.... guys to be honest, only reason I became adamant for the refund is bcos the their misleading behaviour of should the product delivered and not delivering on time. Read more3rd class service by this outlet. Store manager is casual about responsibilities. Everytime when we ordered from this outlet, we had to struggle a lot to get the order. There is no one to pick up the call. Tracking link is completely fake. If you track after 30 mins to 40 min after ordering it always shows pizza is delivered. It happened with me in all orders. Last 31st December I had placed order around 8 pm and we got pizza around 11 pm which we collected by ourselves. Today also we ordered pizza around 8.00 pm and now it's 9.34 pm still not sure whether the order will come or not. We tried so many numbers but no picked up our call. Ms. Anju ( store manager ) she picked up the call but she DNT Know who is the person from store picked up the order. It's completely cheap service and store is running by very unprofessional and uneducated ppls. Please do not by from this outlet..we cancelled the order by calling thrice to this outlet on which they were like OK we will cancel.
