Haldiram's — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Haldiram’s in Navi Mumbai is a good place to enjoy both sweets and vegetarian meals. The restaurant is spacious and well-kept, and the first thing that stands out is the cleanliness. From the counters to the seating area, everything is neat, which makes the atmosphere pleasant for families and groups.

During our visit, we ordered pav bhaji and chole bhature. Both were served fresh and tasted really good. The pav bhaji had the right amount of spice, buttery pav, and a balanced flavor. The chole bhature was also excellent, with fluffy bhature and well-cooked, tasty chole. Portions were satisfying, and the presentation was neat. Along with these, the menu also offers chaats, thalis, North Indian curries, and many snacks like raj kachori and dahi puri.

The sweet counter is another strong point here. Items like kaju katli, rasgulla, rasmalai, gulab jamun, and motichoor laddoo are available in plenty, and all of them look tempting. The sweets taste fresh, and the packaging is clean and attractive, making them good for gifting or take-away.

The service was polite and fairly quick, even though the place was moderately crowded. The seating arrangement is comfortable, and the restaurant feels safe and family-friendly. Parking depends on the time of day, but once inside, the experience is smooth.

One thing to note is that prices are a little high compared to local shops. Still, many customers prefer Haldiram’s because of the clean environment, trusted quality, and wide menu.

Overall, I would give Haldiram’s in Navi Mumbai 4 stars. The food we tried was delicious, the sweets are reliable, and the hygiene standards are excellent. A good choice for enjoying vegetarian food and authentic Indian sweets...

Went here twice and both the times we were dissapointed. First time we ordered Sev Puri and Raj Kachori. Although Sev Puri was fine but Raj Kachori had too much of green chutney which was killing the taste of the kachori!! . There was no water in the washroom and also the temperature was not at all maintained!! Only on requesting the staff, AC was put on else it was quite hot inside owing to the heavy lighting put up on the cieling. Today again we visited and though we reached by 10:40 PM, Chole Bhature was not available. Even this time again the temperature was not maintained and it was much pleasant outside than inside the outlet!!Even I asked the Receptionist downstairs who was sweating profusely and he said that they have complained from past 2-3 months but it is falling on deaf ears!!! A Multicrore brand like Haldirams is providing sub standard service . Even having food on roadside is 100 times better than at this outlet!! This review is not to put Haldirams down but to enhance the customer experience!! Me and my wife have been to Haldirams Delhi outlet and the service was par excellence!! Disappointing Experience at Haldiram’s Ghansoli Outlet

As a long-time fan of Haldiram's, I've always enjoyed their delicious offerings and consistent quality, especially in Mumbai & Delhi. However, my recent visit to their Navi Mumbai Ghansoli outlet left me thoroughly disappointed. The meal was nothing like I had come to expect from this well-loved brand.

The paranthas and sabji served were clearly pre-made and stale, with a strange taste that was off-putting from the very first bite. Not only was the flavor lacking, but it also made me feel unwell afterward. The experience was far from the fresh, flavorful meals I’ve enjoyed at other Haldiram locations.

It’s disheartening to see that this outlet relies on ready-made food, with no fresh preparations on offer. Based on this experience, I’m unlikely to return, as it did not live up to the quality and taste that Haldiram’s...
