Review for Pizza Hut – Ghansoli Outlet

Visited the Pizza Hut outlet in Ghansoli today, and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at any food chain.

I went there with a friend, short on time, planning to grab a quick bite. When I went to place my order at the counter, I mentioned a few pizzas from the menu. To my surprise, the staff told me those pizzas could only be ordered online and not at the store. This was strange because if it’s on the in-store menu, why can’t it be ordered directly? Unfortunately, the network inside the outlet was zero, so ordering online was not even an option.

Since I had no choice, I changed my plan and ordered a combo meal that included a pizza, garlic bread, and Pepsi. Here’s where things started to get worse. The person at the counter seemed more interested in increasing the bill rather than genuinely helping a customer. He insisted on charging extra for cheese on the garlic bread and made the whole process unnecessarily complicated. The final bill for a basic meal with a small pizza, two pieces of garlic bread, and a small Pepsi came to around ₹380. A combo that should’ve been around ₹270 ended up being overpriced, with no proper explanation given..just vague statements about “taxes.”

When the food finally arrived, it was extremely disappointing. The garlic bread was plain bread with the thinnest, almost invisible layer of cheese. The pizza had barely four small pieces of chicken and tasted bland and cheap. It was honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve had.

The condition of the outlet and staff hygiene was shocking for a brand like Pizza Hut. The kitchen staff looked unprofessional..no proper uniforms, no hairnets, and poor hygiene practices. It looked more like a roadside setup than an international food chain.

Overall, the service was unhelpful and seemed focused on upselling rather than customer satisfaction. The food quality was below average, and the hygiene levels were unacceptable. This experience has made me lose trust in this outlet, and I would strongly recommend avoiding it. You’d be better off visiting a private café or another restaurant in the area.

Worst experience @pizzahutghansoli... Do not come here as its very horrible in atleast pizza hut ghansoli. I was for dine in ,in pizza hut as 1.i walked in i could smell a very bad smell coming from there kitchen as if the ingredients were spoiled. 2. The ac and cooling devices were off like litrally off. As we told the staff to onn the Ac (there were only two members) they literally told us to change the table we were sitting. 3. We tried to order and guess what the staff member were only paying attention on online deliveries,, their only attention was on delivery boys from food apps. As the staff member he told us to order online ,, it was no network inside and then he said don't order online . 4 . This waiting took my 40min straight minutes straight just to order then the lady staff member took offine order of our pizza. 5. As expected we thought there were many offers in pizza hut but as shown in menu cards/ pamphlets /outside pizza hut their we saw many offers and we wanted to order 99rs. Pizza combo but she directly said that offer is not available and added that small regular pizzas are also not available...i was shocked to hear that even pizza corners like brands like pizza hut don't serve regular pizzas!! . Then the staff members were very rude. We waited for 1hr and then our pizza arrived 6. The pizza had mayo more than cheese, it was more like a mayo pizza than cheese ,, we had to ask for oregano and chilly flakes.7. while eating pizza it was very humid inside the pizza hut we were struggling for some air as there were no cooling devices on and all the doors were closed. 8. The chairs and benches are dirty not cleaned and almost broken.9. there were no cloves in their hands they were working with infected skin and loud music that literally caused me headache!!10. Lights here go anytime. This was honest review of my pizza experience in pizza hut ghansoli i would suggest you to not go here especially for dine in. Worst and horrible...
