I wish there was an option of negative rating. Due to some technical issues I wasn't able to make payment for my order due to low network. I tried for 4-5 times and these ppl just cancelled my order. I was waiting for 1 hour.They were not treating the customers personally since it was an offer day . The staff behaviour was very rude. They couldn't wait patiently. Some items were out of stock. AC was not working. If they are not able to handle orders on an offer day why do they even keep any offers. It seemed like they were not interested. Worst outlet. I visited Belgian Waffle in Ghansoli and we ordered their Honey Butter Waffle, which was priced at ₹100. But because of Waffle Day, we got it for ₹70.

It was my first time tasting a waffle, and honestly, I didn’t like the taste of the honey butter waffle much. The honey was nice, but the waffle itself tasted quite different — almost like a dosa with honey! 😂 I’m not sure why, but that’s what it reminded me of.

We actually waited 2 hrs instead of ½ hour still the order wasn't ready...we explored whole ghansoli and came back still it wasn't ready And the staff in ghansoli outlet is worse some annoying outsiders kids were coming disturbing us they didn't even Care about it like??? They did all other orders around but when we came came back they rudely told us to wait for some more time even though we paid half of the price earlier.
