HOTEL SAI KRUPA PURE VEG — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Very disappointing and unhygienic experience. I ordered lassi and while drinking, a fly came into my mouth — extremely off-putting and clearly a sign of poor hygiene. I informed the staff, but there was no sincere apology or corrective action.

To make matters worse, after eating the pav bhaji, I developed a stomach ache within a few hours, which lasted the entire day.

Cleanliness and food safety should be the bare minimum in any restaurant, and sadly, this place failed on both. I would not recommend eating here until they improve their hygiene and food...

It was as if we were doing a favour to the owner. The person at the Counter was as if I am doing a favour by going to their restaurant and he was treating everyone very badly and that if they want to have food. Food is overated , taste is bad, takes too much time to serve food. Owner is very arogant, didnt know how to talk to customer. Owner doesn’t knows the difference between this team and customer....
