I am a regular customer of KFC for specifically the ultimate savings bucket. I love it because of how juicy the pieces are. But in this outlet all the pieces were dry, had a thick undercooked layer, and chicken was not properly seasoned and felt like it had been sitting for long, and fried in bad oil, and stale. Felt like we were just eating the coating. There was only ONE juicy piece rest all were just thick dry coated non juicy chicken pieces which we did not enjoy. The pepsi black was also served in paper glasses instead of the packaged can that it usually comes in. But the main concern here is the poor quality of the chicken bucket, feels like we wasted our money in this particular outlet of Airoli, Navi Mumbai, really bad experience.
As a Navi Mumbai food blogger (@arenajobs on Instagram), I can say i have tried other outlets too, but this is the worst one. We even tried to call the manager at our table but the staff kept saying the manager is coming to attend to us but didn’t come despite of many calls. The manager’s responsibility is to be attending to any grievances on priority.
The manager Sheetal is very disrespectful and arrogant, once she came she started talking back to us and said we can escalate if we want, she had an extremely pathetic attitude, also refused to give us her last name because she felt “no need” to. The other staff who were supposed to call the manager later denied that she heard us when we asked her to call the manager. The manager and staff started teaming up and talked back to us and against us showing terrible ego and attitude. We didn’t ask for a refund or a replacement, we wanted to discuss the concern with the manager for feedback, but they simply took it on their ego and started arguing, the manager even walked away while we were talking. Later she came back and says “the feedback you are writing is anyways going to come to me only” implying that the feedback i have written isn’t going to affect her or the store in any way as if we are just wasting our time. She also claimed she has “worked here for 7 years” to show leverage that our feedback won’t affect her job. It is totally pathetic to see such an attitude on the staff of such a reputed brand. The staff wasn’t even willing to listen calmly, lying to our faces about not hearing us the walking away and saying we can do what we want and we can escalate it to KFC India if we want. Really very...
Read moreI recently had the opportunity to spot a KFC outlet while traveling on a bus, and I must say, it left a lasting impression. Here are my thoughts on the experience:
Eye-catching Exterior: As the bus approached the KFC outlet, I couldn't help but notice its bold and distinctive red and white signage. The restaurant's exterior was clean and well-maintained, instantly grabbing attention.
Convenient Location: The KFC outlet was strategically positioned along the bus route, making it easily accessible for commuters and travelers like myself. Its proximity to the bus stop was a definite plus, as it provided a convenient option for a quick meal or snack during a journey.
Tempting Aroma: Even from inside the bus, the irresistible aroma of freshly fried chicken wafted through the air. The tantalizing smell left me longing for a taste of their renowned fried chicken, and I made a mental note to return at the next opportunity.
Vibrant Interior: While I didn't have the chance to step inside the outlet, I could catch a glimpse of its vibrant interior through the large windows. The seating area appeared clean, comfortable, and inviting, with a mix of booth and table options.
Impressive Branding: KFC's iconic branding was on full display, from the familiar Colonel Sanders logo to the consistent color scheme and typography. This attention to detail showcased their commitment to maintaining a strong brand identity.
Efficient Service: From what I observed, the KFC outlet seemed to handle a steady stream of customers with efficiency. The presence of multiple staff members taking orders and serving food ensured a smooth operation, which is crucial, especially...
Read moreWorst experience ever. MANAGER WITH WORST ATTITUDE HER NAME IS SHEETAL ,served Uncooked chicken coating, and wings look stale and it looks like they are double fried and the oil is also filthy and chicken was very dry. BEING A FOOD BLOGGER MYSELF {ID (@your_rizzikesh) } I've had KFC at several outlets with the best experience but here it is the complete opposite. We ordered the ultimate saving bucket where in drinks it came with 3 coke zero in the paper cup as we were two we asked for the CAN version after informing them they said (yaha pe aisa hi milta hai) .
Secondly after having chicken we could literally see uncooked batter of chicken and also the wings were so hard to chew it looked like it was stale and double fried. After calling the manager 5 times she didn't show up . On 6th time she came and after asking her name and last name. She said "zaroorat nahi hai" (with an attitude and left without letting me complete my issue).
With this attitude and food quantity i am really upset about my meal and experience and some action needs to be taken on this. This is specific to the airoli branch of KFC Navi Mumbai. SHEETAL (MAnager) and her( staff )PURVA need to be humbled while choosing words and attitude with a customer..
I've attached relevant pictures related to the incident below...
