Kg's Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Very poor service.

After ordering we have to wait 30min for each dish. eg if we ordered soup, staters n main course. He will get the soup after half an hour, den after soup he will take half an hour for staters n more half an hour for main course.

It happen to me today, when we visited their were very less customer, we ordered soup n staters. He bought the soup after 25mins. While having soup restaurant was full. So he taken the order from all. Now after we finish our soup, he was giving the dishes to all other customers who order more food(means more money). We have waited for almost half an hour but didn't got the food we order. When angrily we stood up and said to cancel the order and went to pay the bill for our soup, they angrily said we don't cancel order once placed. They stared arguing with us. Their owner also stared to argue with us that we have more customer and we have to full fill them also. We insteaded to cancel the order but he said "NO, u have to take it with u".

I am a customer of KG's since it was in Nerul Near LP petrol pump. That time they use to care about customer, but as their customer increases their services became poor n now it became worse.

I request u all to please don't go their as they don't care about customers. They have their own attitude which they show it to customer.

I recently went over for a quick bite. It is a small cosy place but good enough with proper sitting.

I ordered a Manchow soup, KGs signature crispy chicken & a Lollipop Combo.

I am not happy bcoz these people don't give you the on house fried noodles & Schezwan sauce when asked they charge 50/- for it which is not worth it.

The soup was tasty enough but mild. Like I exclusively have Manchow soups & it was no fun. Me & my friends had to enhance the soup by adding the taste enhancers on the table.

The starter was crispy but spicy. Well if someone doesn't eats too spicy , ask them to keep it mild for you. It was good enough in taste like chilly but mild with capsicum, spring onions n onions.

Lollipop combo was nice. We ordered it with noodles. You can also ask for rice instead. It comes with Lollipop gravy on top of noodles or rice. Lollipops were great & noodles where hakka noodles. Overall good if you want something with gravy.
