McDonald's — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

I am a daily customer for the last 2 years I go to the MCD Airoli in the evening for dinner out of 365days of a year I eat at MCD atleast for 300 days. The staff in the evening shift behaves very rude & unprofessional at times. Thought of writing feedback/complaint against the evening staff crossed my mind many time but I avoided as didn’t want to put anyone’s job in trouble however over the past few days the behavior is getting even bad to worst. They are not good in taking feedback or suggestion if you find any issues with the food such as consistency in the beverages, temperature & quantity of food the entire staff takes it personally & grouped against the customer also start retaliating, misbehaving & mistreating with the customers. If any customer shares any feedback, complaint or becomes unsatisfied with the services or staff, The staff members use below mentioned comments & these are the one which I have heard myself: 'Aane do isko next time fir batata hun isko barabar se deta hun I have been avoiding this for a very long time because I didn’t want anyone to suffer because of my one complaint however now the water is over my head. I have been mistreated by MCD staff for some time they are running some sort of daily soap Opera where they talk about customers in front of other customers. They frequently turn off the lights even when the customers are already there & eating. Off lately one of the customers had very heated argument with the staff but the staff didn’t care at all & no improvement. Even they don’t like if someone redeems any offer or vouchers it seems like, as if its getting deducted from their pockets.They frequently makes fun of the customers Everyone pretends to be manager. Upon sharing the feedback with recently became manager "Moin" about inconsistent taste of hot chocolate. Daily I order normal hot chocolate however just for change this day I had ordered premium hot chocolate but I found the test was not good that much which I had in the past so same I have shared my positive experience & good services I had received from previous guy(Sudesh) who used to serve at the cafe counter, the current cafe counter guy Akash's ego tripped & he charged on me talked to me rudely & told me that the previous guy was untrained & he had no idea what he was serving to the customers & I am the only trained one for cafe. On top of that i had ordered dine-in but I was forcefully given the take away & argued very badly, however I have ordered(meal & hot chocolate)dine-in at 10:30 pm with instructions to give hot chocolate post meal & this is my almost every day routine. The only reason why I am & other customers still be going there because there is no other standard food outlets around this area but the behaviour of the staff is getting bad with every passing day. Also I had very bad experience with Ashish who serves ice cream, there were times when I have noticed the inconsistency in quantity & out friendly gesture I have told him to maintain the consistency first he argued with me very badly & from that day onwards his behaviour became very rude & weird since then whenever I go to the counter he serves the other customers but as soon as my turn comes he immediately leaves the counter & ask someone else to take my order. This is done intentionally each time I go there for the last 7-8 months, despite of that I have been ignoring this but now water is over head. It simply showcase that if you ever visit mcd Airoli despite of paying money you are not supposed to provide feedback about staff unprofessional behaviour or the food. It seems now mcd doesn't care about it standards & market repo becoz while writing this feedback I am seeing the similar experience of the other customers as well but despite of so many feedbacks & complaint mcd management has failed to take any action against the staff to change their behaviour & that might be the sole reason why the staff is so overconfident that there wont be any action taken against them & they are behaving unprofessionally & behaves like they are the...

Whenever I feel bored or stressed, I want to grab a bite of the MacD burger along with crispy fries and a refreshing Coke. By the way, these desires are only related to the Airoli Sector 7 outlet. I've been to lot of outlets, but this place stands out among them.

When I want to eat out, I do have choices. After searching on Zomato, flipping menus, counting cost and calories, I decide to try a new place. But when I step out of my home, my legs automatically draw me towards the large yellow "M" in Sector 7.

Today I had a Mexican allo tikki burger with Mexican cheesey fries and the Coke. The burger was dripping with the sauces. It had a crunchy patty and fresh jalapenos leaving behind their tangy taste on my tastebuds. The fries were loaded with a rich cheesey flavour dancing in my mouth. And they're having this amazing place which is so warm and cosy that it feels like my third home.

Good food, ambience and staff behaviour. Keep it up. Just one complaint though. There has been lot of days since plastic ban. Still you guys don't provide paper straw and paper...

Had the worst experience specifically here. When we entered an employee asked us to go upstairs and order from there but after 20-25mins another employee told us that they are not accepting dine in orders online now and that i will have to go to the counter and order. So i went to the counter and ordered my meals. For 20mins i was waiting for my meal and in the mean time i saw total chaos of the employees. Lot of swiggy, zomato riders were also waiting for their orders. There was also this one uncle whose order was served to some other table and he got the wrong order.

McDonald's is known for its awesome efficient and quick service but that day i didn't see any of that. I expect a lot more from McDonald's and i hope you will get better. This branch just need a little proper management.

Some might think that the chaos must have happened because there might be lot of people but no. There wasn't a lot of crowd that day infact it was quite empty.
