Meraki Airoli — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Satisfy your zing is what it says and the meaning of Meraki is kinda similar i.e doing something with your soul and heart, looks like they really have a cook who justifies the meaning of that word "Meraki". Ok ok enough of my gyan.... Ohhhh the food...I almost forgot... oops !!! It's a small little joint which only delivers via Swiggy and other food distribution channels and take aways but it is one of those not to be missed if you like Chinese and if you are at Sector 8A, Airoli. It's Shravan so we ordered the Veg Manchow Soup along with a Paneer Chrispy Thread and the recommended Veg Chilli Garlic Noodles... Was I disappointed, nah ! a little bit but worth the buck... The Manchow Soup was on par so I give it a 5/5, The Paneer Chrispy Thread felt like it was over loaded with the fried threads so it gets a 3/5, and the finalle dish or should I say show stopper i.e Veg Chilli Garlic Noodles - it had a balanced taste of the spices, chinese sauces, the garlic which made it obvious that it was definitely cooked with love and soul so it gets a 5/5. To sum it up the packaging was good so kuddos to @swiggy and the quantity was good enough for the 2 of us to fill our hungry belly's... Pathetic service. Highly unprofessional. I ordered food on 31st night at 9pm through swiggy and the order was not even prepared till 11pm. I tried reaching out to the restaurant but the number was switched off nor the restaurant tried reaching out to me regarding delay in order. I got to know from swiggy delivery guy that they are unnecessarily delaying the order. Even at 11pm restaurant answer to swiggy was that it will take more than an hour and they are open till 2am. What should i do with the food at 2am when i ordered...

I have ordered Merakis Malaysian noodles from multiple outlets of theirs. Their Marol outlet gave excellent quality and quantity food packed with veggies and noodles to the brim however this miser outlet in Ghansoli acts as if it's doing us a favor by taking our money and making food. Their chef must be untrained because 3 times I ordered the very Malaysian noodles and they were extremely salty and spicy. The description says sweet and savoury but no, its just spicy with loads of purple cabbage only! And the box is...
