Olde Baileys Cafe™ — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Where is the button for zero star?! I have been their regular customer for past 7 years and visited usually during the weekdays. We had let go so many food hazards just because the staff were polite, cooperative and seemed regretful about it. I thought they were genuine mistakes but the frequency of finding hair in my food, getting my orders wrong, getting served smelly rotten chicken and sometimes even raw chicken in my food had increased. I brought these concerns to the staff/manager/chef's notice multiple times. I had also gotten sick multiple times after I had eaten from there. I never thought of their food being the culprit and usually brushed it off. Recently, since it is a work friendly cafe I thought of spending my Saturday there. I was in there for few hours and had ordered multiple food items and drinks as well. Not that I was sitting there without ordering anything. I was intending to even order more items. As it started to get busy and the crowd started coming in they literally asked me to LEAVE. I never saw that coming as I had always been a very loyal and non problematic customer. The lady staff who apparently seemed very polite earlier was now giving me cold stares. 2 elderly ladies who were sitting on the table next to mine witnessed all this and invited me to sit with them as they themselves saw how impolite, rude and wrong it was. It was so embarrassing that I paid and left immediately in fluster and I am surely never going back. I would suggest if you want to avoid food poisoning/diarrhoea to avoid visiting them. Well, Old Baileys is a well known cafe, and for good reason. However, being a chain, you cannot expect each one to be of same quality. But I won't speak on that, for this is the only one I've been to, and here's my bit of experience :

The food - we ordered burger, pasta & some drinks. Everything was top notch. I had some smoked chicken burger, and it was yum. The quantity was also quite worth the price. Full satisfaction on this count.

The sitting - The 4 of us sat in a typical table/chair arrangement. This is one part of the experience that didn't sit well with me (forgive the pun). We were sitting under something of a balcony of sorts (I was under it so didn't get a good look above) and a friend was across the table from me. While we were talking, random bits & balls of tissue fell on his head. Seems like there was a child above us on the balcony. Not that this in itself is a grave issue, but it made me think of what would happen if something else fell down by accident? I wanted to get a good look at how secure it was above but forgot about it afterwards, and it's been a long time since - so I'm not sure of the exact situation. Just watch where you sit, I suppose.

Amazing place to hangout with friends.. Visited here with my friends, must say had a very good time.. The place is so cozy and comfortable. Coming to food we had ordered potato wedges the wedges were crispy and seasoned nicely, loved the taste of it. Next in the order was cheesy fries, it was mouth watering, the consistency of the cheese was good the fries were crispy, it is a must try for cheese lovers. Being the cheese lovers, we ordered Mac n cheese pasta, the taste was awesome, consistency awesome, truly loved it.. We had also ordered Nutella hot chocolate, the Nutella taste was dominant in the drink, this can be made more yummy. Next ordered was veg grilled sandwich, thought the quantity I felt was less as compared to the price. The veg bbq burger was a great disappointed, the fries served with the burger was stale, the burger Patty was also stale, the burger was a big dissatisfaction for all of us.. we had to cancel the order coz of the stale smell. I loved being here, but the burger disappointed us...
