Ordered for Mother's day Celebration.The Mother's day Cake had hair inside it. Called the outlet. They said they can't replace as they are very busy. Our Mother's day celebration was ruined.They asked to send pics. Sent them pics and Video. Next day Customer care called and apologized and said the money would be refunded via Zomato, the delivery company. Since then Contacting Store, Customer Care and Zomato. Net Result is Zero. They have started selling stale pastries !! Over the last 3 months .. this has happened for the 3rd time !! When v check with the staff , whether the cakes are fresh .. they say it so confidently that it’s so fresh , however it is sheer disappointment!!
