On 29/11/2020, I received my order No. 53012898 ( CRN#52987203) from Oven Story Pizza. to my residence at Sanpada, Navi Mumbai.

After opening the pack I found the pizza was not warm and more towards towards the cooler side.

In my premises at Moraj Residency, Sanpada, we a Dominos outlet. The reason of preferring Oven story pizza was - a better quality pizza and Oven Story provided details of the the temperature of persons involved in preparation, etc.

This not the first time I got a cool pizza. A few months back I had also ordered from Oven Story and collected at the society gate (due to COVID restrictions). That time the delivery person said - he had a lot of deliveries and got delayed ... It was acceptable due to COVID situation.

Not sure what is this the explanation this time. If it is due to shortage of delivery persons ... Oven Story should not be taking orders from places where they cannot deliver in warm condition.

Going forward, I am less likely to go for Oven...

Hey, this is totally unfair what happened with me….. you’re running a food chain where’s your number if something goes wrong?? Your shared number is centralised so no one can actually do nothing if you’re not providing the right food. It’s all about food man. You shouldn’t play around with that. It’s not about money it’s food. It’s unfortunately not at all acceptable and you should be punished. Luck that your number is centralised. However, a case will be filed based on your supplied good and ordered one. Be serious about your business it’s not a joke after paying you upfront...

The initial products was good and had good potential. recently the product quality has detoriated . The worst part is on delivery the guy ask to press 5 rating in front of him and sometime they press themself I found it a bit rude and unethical way of gaming the whole logic of feedback and rating.

please work on genuinity and rest will fall in place as the potential is huge...
