SCAM!!!!!! OVERPRICED, HORRIBLE SERVICE, ALOT OF ATTITUDE IN STAFFS, HORRIBLE JUICE, LASSI AND TEA. SPAGHETTI IS FOR 350 AND BECOMES 454 BY THE TIME IT REACHES YOUR ROOM. ALSO LASSI & 2 BOTTLE OF WATER WILL COST YOU 552, WHICH IS MORE THAN THE ENTIRE MEAL OF SPAGHETTI. DON’T EVEN THINK OF ORDERING A COKE BECAUSE ONE COKE IS FOR 225 WHICH BECOMES 292 INCLUDING TAXES. 2 LACHHA PARATHA IS FOR 292 WHICH DOES NOT EVEN TASTE LIKE 50 RUPEES PARATHA. 1 TEA IS FOR 175 THAT BECOMES 227 WITH TAXES. C’MON GUYS I MEAN MY ENTIRE ROOM COST ME approx. 4500 & MY FOOD COST ME 6623. I MEAN THIS IS CLEAR SCAM BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO ORDER FOOD FROM OUTSIDE & SO FORCED TO ORDER FROM THEIR RESTAURANT ITSELF WHICH WILL COST YOU MORE THAN THE ROOM. THEY MAKE 10 BILLS FOR YOUR 10 ITEMS. SERVED OUR SALAD HALF AN HOUR AFTER OUR FOOD GOT OVER. PEOPLE AT FRONT DESK DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW TO SMILE & BE POLITE. ALOT OF ATTITUDE. TELEVISION SPEAKERS DO NOT WORK PROPERLY SO YOU WONT BE ABLE TO HEAR THE DIALOGUES ON TV & IF YOU INCREASE THE VOLUME YOU KEEP GETTING COMPLAINTS. PHONES DONT WORK PROPERLY. THEY DONT PICK UP CALLS UNTIL AND UNLESS U CALL THEM 5 - 10 TIMES. RISKY TO PARK YOUR CAR NEARBY BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION BEING SO SHADY. HAVE BEEN OVER MORE THAN 15+ HOTELS IN NAVI MUMBAI. THE MOST HORRIBLE WAS THIS ONE. ROOMS ARE SO SMALL. THEIR FURNITURE ITEMS AND ELECTRONICS ARE OF 2000’s. I DONT KNOW HOW ARE THEY 4 STAR WHICH SUCH HORRIBLE PRESENTATION AND SERVICE. We are a group staying at the hotel for our corporate meetings. And after a whole tiring day when we come back to the hotel and just wanted to quickly have our dinner and hit the bed to get some sound sleep for next tiring day.As we come to the hotel by 10 pm we find there is no dinner buffet and not even informed us as our package included buffet dinner too. We placed individual order so that we don't waste anymore time, the order took 45 mins to come to our table, by the time we all were too tired.We kept asking for our food the staff was not aware how much time it would take or while taking our order nor they informed us that the normal food preparation would take hell lot of time. We wanted to speak to the general manager as well we are there for almost 3 nights and don't want to have a repeat of situation. The general manager refused to come and speak to us.The staff looked as if they have no clue on the services asked for or we were asking to get it from different planet.

We have not checked into a resort for relaxing. We are on our business travel which the hotel needs to understand. It says its a Corporate friendly hotel and caters to business clientele but if this is the way you deal with people, not giving proper information, staff not trained and rude in behavior. They shouldn't be calling them so.

If they don't value clients, they should not be a part of hospitality. Highly not recommended for...

I stayed there from Feb 25 th to March 6th. The staff there do not communicate the packages included in the booking properly. 2 prices of cloth laundry was complimentary in my booking but the staff there told me I have 2 pairs of clothes complimentary which means 4 clothes and when I checkout I have to pay an extra bill of 1800 R's for laundry which the staff there denied what they said earlier. So please read all ur packages properly before check in. Also I had a booking with full buffet including all the starters and everything. But the hotel always prefers to have bulk booking with some adjustments in buffet option. So if when I had a booking of all options in buffet, the hotel served only limited portion for the majority of my stay. When I complained only they apologized saying they had a bulk booking with limited option. So they cannot put all on buffet. They will make special starters for me. I had some more issues at checkout which I have asked the manager to address me but he never called me. I had to call him again and again after I check out for my booking related issue. Stay away from this hotel. They lack professionalism. Go only if you are expecting a stay in some kind...
