PizzaExpress — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

The food was great, only down point is the workers and their services. Workers not properly giving attention to the table and jumping to next table.

I gave order only to find out after much later like 30-40 min after that order is not even taken. Plus after confirming the order again, I get to know that it is still not confirmed.

Overall experience I would say this would be my 1st and last visit. Even eating at lesser rated restaurants the service is never this poor.

Additional thing which makes it worse is the water service. If you have the bottled water option then proactively tell the customer, giving them a glass and filling it with water for them to drink makes it feel that you do not have bottled water option.

Any customer would think that the water provided would be from some sort of filter machine but NO, it was directly refilled from the same tap where other employees are washing the spoons and plates.

Also, let us know if you are running this restaurant on low plates coz the I had ordered 2 types of starter and big pizza. As soon as the starters were finished an employee comes to quickly grab all the used utensils but not replacing the plates with fresh ones. We were literally waiting on an empty table for the pizza which never came.

If anyone is going there, then make sure the staff has actually entered your order in their system and not just write on their small note book and run around...

Pizza Express at Nexus Seawoods Mall is an excellent spot to enjoy a meal. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax. What truly stands out is the exceptional service—the staff is attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure you're comfortable and satisfied with both the food and the overall experience.

The food is delightful! The pizza we tried was unique, flavorful, and a must-try. But the star of the show has to be the chocolate cheesecake—it’s absolutely divine and something I highly recommend. The pasta was decent as well, rounding out a satisfying meal.

Overall, it’s a fantastic place to visit, offering great food, excellent service, and a cozy atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit to explore their menu!

They charge service charges 10% in addition. The place is bit expensive but is justified considering the quality of the food and location of the restaurant
