Happy new year at first...

I mistakenly chose to hang out in Radio Bar on New Year's Eve. Absolutely rubbish and negative vibe place in loud music and darkness.

I'll never recommend this place to anyone even if it's the last option.

If they can't serve quality...they should have less or specific customers accordingly. They have service staff stuffed with liars and foolers. All they know is how to fool their customers. Plz learn some etiquette from your neighbours hard rock and fly high.

They should display at entrance...only boozers and "talli"people allowed (since they won't understand what's happening there). There is no cut line for customers with packages, per person..

Here are details... At entry we paid 4.5k for 3 people (Everyone knows u won't get entry at such places without payments).

Inside...RJ was singing songs....in fact this music was soothing. We tried ordering food and drinks to "so many" there.... But every time they were making us feel like we don't exist. They were looking at us but are avoiding asking us what we need.....1 hour wasted likewise....finally someone got our orders...but that was not also served for next more than 45-50minutes.

The drink I ordered....Spice it up...which was one of "the highlighted " on card....they literally said we can't make it...since the mixture is not working...and they have only one of the 3 mocktails ...can anyone believe that idiot excuse on new year Eve (Well we have backups at homes as well n comon it's new year Eve at your bar..)

We understood that they are purposefully doing all this stuff... So finally we had to tell them property...the matter was they were thinking that we have sat there "free" and hence were not giving anything (All of them had sudden dementia that they are getting prepayment at entry gates). And the excuse of "it's busy bcoz of new year" came forward

After this a guy took orders once again and the food was served...

When we exited from the place... suddenly one of the black shirt guys came behind us and shamelessly asked us whether we have paid for our food or not. (Can someone believe it after all so many disappointments).

In summary..all the time these people were just watching us but avoiding coming to us and listening to us, I've never seen such bad conduct not anywhere(be it roadside hawker to 5 Star restaurants)..they are worse than panipuri walas. We were made to feel like we are "begging" for everything.

So my rating come.... For Service minus 5 (except one guy who served us after 2 hrs)

For food...2(but not to the level of bar) we ordered periperi potato wedges 3prawns chips 2,chiken lolipop 3(fly high serves better taste), Alfredo pasta- 2 it was just cheesey in bad sense (hard Rock cafe pasta is the best in Navi Mumbai),paneer tikka 1* And the chutneys were "water coloured with flavours" Spice it up....🤣🤣🤣🤣that was just onenu card... they'll fool u to switch to another drinks They took 1 n half hour to hand us red bull tin which was right in front of us.

The ambience 3* sound system was scratching ears...plz work on it coz non boozers can catch this.

Timing new year eve..it was open all night.

It's literally "Bar"...so don't expect anything else than drinks and music.

If u r planning something special I will not recommend this place even if it's the last option for u....better stay at home and enjoy.

Only pro i found was the RJ songs and orchestra.

There are no shortcuts for hardwork.... Success n money gained with such manners doesn't last...

very indigent accommodation. Genuinely, they just opened a restaurant bar with some fancy name in one of the most sizably voluminous and most crowded malls. However, it is just like a roadside dhaba. Let's discuss the accommodation: I must verbalize it is the worst I have ever experienced. When it comes to pabulum, I can verbalize it was good, not the best; however, the accommodation spoiled your mood. You have to wait a minimum of 45 minutes on average . And lastly, the price. Here are the worst. They will ask you to pay the bill in the middle of your order. Some people will come and ask you to pay the bill because there is some server issue, and please pay your bill now. Authentically, they ken if the customer can wait 45 minutes to virtually an hour, then he may have gone out.

In my opinion, it is a roadside Chinese tapra where you can licitly drink. But again, roadside Chinese tapra accommodation is very expeditious.

Spending 4,000 for two people is not worth it. After that, you have to find those Chinese tapra for your vacuous stomach.

It is my suggestion that you do not go and waste your mazuma. There are so many other authentic places to...

Pathetic service I experienced here. I have seen it for the first time that a restaurant will ask you to pay the bill in the middle of your meal.

Service is very poor. We spent 3600 and the best part was unlimited drinks and food. The service was so slow that we spent almost 3 hours there, and we barely drank 2 pegs of 30 ml of whisky and 2 pegs of vodka. After that, we lost our patience and went out and had our food in Hardrock, which was next to that.

If you are planning to celebrate a New Year's party, then beware of this restaurant or bar.
