We recently celebrated our son's 1st birthday at this banquet hall, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations. Despite finalizing a specific menu in advance with Mr. Raghu, what was served during the function was completely different.

Key issues:

Menu Mismatch: The agreed menu was not followed. We had selected ice cream for dessert, but rasmalai was served instead. We had also opted for two vegetarian starters, but only one was provided. When I asked about the second veg starter during the event, the staff seemed completely unaware. They later rushed out a poorly prepared paneer dish that was half-cooked and simply dipped in soya—served just as guests were heading to dinner.

Non-Veg Starter Change: We were assured that chicken lollipop would be served, but an alternate dish was provided without any prior intimation.

Staff Response: The staff committed to correcting the issues but failed to deliver. Communication was poor, and the last-minute patch-up attempts only added to the embarrassment.

Post-Event Follow-Up: I paid the full amount and decided to raise the matter directly with Mr. Raghu the following day. Despite calling and sharing my concerns, there was no response or follow-up from him.

The non-AC section is referred to as the "garden area," which is the preferred choice for smokers, as smoking is not permitted inside the air-conditioned room.

We spent approximately ₹10,000 during our visit. The restaurant serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The food quality was good, and hygiene standards were well-maintained. The taste was decent overall.

However, we were somewhat disappointed with the service. On one occasion, the staff did not pay close attention to our order—we had requested mutton boneless but were served mutton keema instead.
