My most recent order, placed on 26th May, was for their highly recommended Biryani. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed by a whole hour, which was incredibly frustrating. This isn't the first time I've experienced such an issue with Pride Kitchen Hyderabadi. On my previous order dated 7th April, the delay exceeded 1.5 hours, indicating a consistent problem with their delivery service.

While the quality of their food has generally been satisfactory, the recurring issue of delayed deliveries significantly impacts the overall dining experience. Simply great......! Good food for a good price. Pros: Of course the hyderabadi Biriyani 2.Pride kitchens crispy chicken and tanthoori chicken were the best starters one could have (atleast this is what we order every single time). I would say this is the best crispy chicken you might get in airoli. Quality and quantity of food 4.Best combo's available Air conditioning available (only on top floor)

Cons: The place is really really congested. Especially in the top floor. If you are giving a party or having a gang more than 4 person, then i would suggest you to order online rather than visiting their retail shop. Waiter took my wrong order and then I said I don’t want this biryani and will take if I pay for ordered one. Price difference 30₹ Late at time of payment they have generated bill with different amount after some arguement the manager said we will cut from his salary and scolded him for 30₹. I have been eating here around a year but now I think not anymore.
