QILLA DE VASHI — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

This is a Gem of a place located at Vashi. I visited this place last Saturday for Buffet lunch. I was mesmerized by seeing the castle like interior of this place❤️. This place turned out to be much better than what I expected it to be. They have two sitting areas, outdoor and indoor. Outdoor sitting is a smoking section. They have a hall at the 1st floor which is basically used for partying and booking. They have two kitchens, one for indian cuisine and other for continental , italian etc. Washrooms are so clean. Hygiene is well maintained at this place. They also have a bar section. The food here was so delicious and delectable🤤.The staff was so helpful. The buffet is available on all the days. There's a different menu everyday. They have live station where you can customise you dish... And the prices are less as compared to other restaurants and the taste is really satisfying.

Rates : - 🔹Veg - 649rs + Taxes 🔸Non Veg - 749rs + Taxes Kids between (5yrs - 10yrs) - 349rs + Taxes. The rates may vary. During some occasions they have offers wherein Veg costs around 519rs + Taxes and Non Veg cost around 599 + Taxes and kids between (5yrs - 10yrs) cost around 279rs + Taxes.

I can say, this is one of the best restaurants to have buffets in...

It been long since I had so much fun in the restaurant ❤️ This restaurant is a true gem The ambience of this restaurant is like a qilaa and it's very beautiful , environment is very relaxing until live music starts and ones live music starts whole environment change and turn into music house . Amazing food with great music is one of the best combination and ultimate way of enjoyment Service is good I like it they are fast and very cooperative They have special offer for each day except Sunday and those offers are hard to be ignore 😉

Let's talk about food and beverage

🥂 Drinks - Teekhi vodka( a blend chillies, guava juice and vodka) : it's spicy guava with vodka base , it was really amazing and it has a kick of spiciness

Jadibuti rum(White rum, lemon, lime, mixed herbs): this one was my favorite because it was different than regular cocktail , all those herb make this cocktail really nice

3.virgin Mojito (Mocktail) : well those who don't drink much for them I suggest virgin mojito, this Moctail may be very common but mojito has special place in my heart

Food-

(1)Qilaa fries : I like fires here because it wasn't too greasy or overflowing with sauces , fries was really crispy topped with hot sauce, mayonnaise & ketchup it was simple and delicious

(2): chicken cripsy: as a starter this is an ideal choice, chicken cripsy is fried chicken chicken dish tossed in sauce , best part about this is it goes well with your drinks 😉

(3) Peshavari murgh Tikka: one of my favorite dish of this restaurant, it was copper jug which contains 4 different type of chicken preparation 😋 it worth every penny Bhopali seekh kebab

(4)Chicken tikka pizza: chicken Tikka pizza is nothing new to me but here they surprise me, Best part about this pizza was the smoky chicken Tikka which gives a distinct flavor of tandoori I recommend this pizza to every pizza lover

(5).Chicken dum biryani: it was good and well prepared , it wasn't spicy it was well balance in taste , perfect as main course

Dessert - Assorted kulfi (kesar pista, malai ) : it was very simple and I believe simple things are the best...

Mideval Aged theme of a Qilaa aka. a fort with the sutble elegance of a family restaurant, is something that makes this place a definite pick on the list ! I recently was invited to this place for a grand launch party of it's new bar opening. It is a classy restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating arrangement.

Ambience (5/5) : A different kinda theme if you opt for sitting outdoors; where they have this mellow sprinkle which gives you the foggy mideval vibe. If you are a clique person who cannot live without AC, then they have a spacious indoor seating with a dance floor. They provide a live screening alternative as well.

Food (4/5) : Indian food was a savory delight. Well, I didn't really enjoy their western food alternatives equally.

I would recommend the Adraki Vodka, Jadibuti and Qilaa special sangria in drinks. The bharvan Kukurmutta, Peshavari murgh Tikka and the chicken/veg dum biryani in food. They assorted kulfi was the best which was perfectly creamy and luscious.

Dessert - Assorted kulfi (kesar pista, malai ) the best I have had till date. Totally went for a second round of this.

Service (5/5) : The service was quite prompt considering the crowd present at the event was big in numbers.

Quantity & Cost (5/5) : The quantity is better than average. The cost is equivalent to any standard fine dine which makes it an affordable alternative.

Would I visit again ? : Indefinitely, for a pleasant...
