Absolute Disaster - Do NOT Waste Your Money This was, without a doubt, the single worst dining experience I've ever had. My stay at this hotel was ruined by a truly vile meal and an unhelpful staff that couldn't care less. I ordered the paneer tikka masala, a dish I love, and what arrived was an absolute travesty. The paneer was rubbery and completely raw in the middle, and the gravy tasted like a sad, watery version of a can of tomato soup that had gone bad. It was inedible and frankly, disgusting. When I tried to explain the problem and asked for the dish to be removed from my bill, I was met with complete indifference and outright refusal. The staff were dismissive and refused to acknowledge that the food was improperly cooked. Not only did they serve me something that could have made me sick, but they had the audacity to demand I pay for it. Save yourself the trouble and the potential food poisoning. My experience at Sachi Fine and Dine was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the ample parking space available, which made my visit stress-free. The culinary journey was equally impressive. I indulged in Gavti Aagri Chicken, Veg Seekh Kebab, and Chicken tikka masala , all of which were superbly prepared and bursting with flavor. What truly set this dining experience apart was the personal touch from the owner and management. They made it a point to personally connect with each customer, asking for feedback on the food and ensuring any preferences or changes were accommodated. This place is like a hidden treasure situated at the corner of a road.Its a huge place hence sitting won't be an issue at all They have separate family section. The food they serve is truly amazing and very tasty.
