Chings Restaurant — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

On 28/03/2025 me and my Sister had visited this chings restaurant in koper khairne (Navi Mumbai) & to our pleasant surprise when we got seated the manager/waiter kept a paper and pen to place an order.. it was quite a awkward moment that customer has to write the order on piece of paper.. however when we received our order the veg manchow soup was loaded immensely with garlic and ginger as if it was just served raw… and when we complained about it to the manager/waiter he informed the owner of restaurant for the same.. and again to our suprise the reply from the owner was toh kya hua yeh aisa hi banta hai tu apna kaam kar… and we heared that comment of the owner on our table.. The lady (owner) was so mannerless and careless about their customers complaint and when i spoke to the lady personally she was just not ready to accept the mistake and had a courtesy to tell me that i dont care about zomato reviews and zomato reviews are my foot… After all this type of service i shall encourage all the people out there to think 1000 times to visit this filthy restaurant and waste their hard earned money and get to hear mannerless statements from the lady sitting @ the counter… for me this restaurant is 0 Star.. service: 0 Hospitality: 0 Food: 0 Experience: 0 Ambience: 3rd class

P.s: even riders sitting outside of restaurant to collect the order are ill-treated...

I went to this restaurant in the afternoon around 12:30 pm. It's quite big with lot of seating arrangements. I was the only person there at that time.

The host was polite and the food was provided very quickly. The ambience of the place was quite good. One can quite easily bring their family members here.

I ordered only one dish as generally they serve for 2 people sometimes. And that's exactly what happened.

I ordered triple schean rice chicken. There was huge quantity of food. I was able to finish the entire food with a lot of difficulty. It tasted quite good. It's the kind of taste i am used to. Even the gravy had a lot of small pieces of chicken which was nice.

It seemed quite healthy too. Some times Chinese food have that fake chicken or corn flour thing stuck to giving it more volume. I did not see that which was good.

The cost was ₹335 for the triple rice which is decent considering the quantity and the quality. 1 can easily parcel the extra food.

Later on 1 more couple came in. If you want privacy and good quality food you can go there in afternoon.

I prefer eating from restaurant than Zomato and swiggy as the charges are lesser also you get fresh food....

It is a Muslim Restaurant, did anyone notice out of 100 positive reviews 90 are from muslims because just to balance the reviews they got reviews from known persons and most of the positive reviews from Muslim people who are not at customer at all.

I know well about the restaurant and the owner and her son both the lady is the owner and she is very arrogant and son is like a rowdy and they never listen to the customer at all and if you watch her she look at you like you are eating there for free that is how she give you look, if you ask her something she purposefully ignores you, all she know is taking money once the order is done, she will either always looking at the mobile or speak with her staff.

They provide you left over food but you can't argue with them as they behave very rude.

I don't know how come people visit that restaurant, may be it is on the road corner...
