DONT VISIT THIS HOTEL. If you even have to, make sure you sit and calculate your bill amount one by one.
I visited the hotel with corporate clients (team of 8) on 24th Dec 18 (Bill number S0011893, S0011894, S0011895). As the clients were getting late for flight, I was not able to check the bill and assumed that it would be correct (considering the brand name). Later when I checked the bill, I found that they have totally messed up the bill. Some of the menu items were missing, the total was wrong, both GST values were incorrect and 550 was charged extra. As It was official dinner, we wanted to reimburse the bill so had requested the hotel to split the bill in 3 and add some items in a separate bill for selected people. But the hotel guys just duplicated the wrong bill in 3. Charged 550 extra on each. I called the hotel manager to resolve the issue as my company wanted to make sure that they have the right record, but the manager said that that the bill was correct in his side. I asked them to tell me the food items one by one and the amount they charged and the total amount. Then they realised that they have shared a modified bill with me and their system has some different bill. Now the hotel team is simply ignoring my request by telling they would revert back to me ASAP. Called 4 times and everything they are telling the same thing. As the bill was generated by the computer system, it’s not just the staff that was bad, its the hotel brand that is modifying your food bill, altering government Taxes charged. Read moreWe had booked a Deluxe Double Room. The room assigned to us was smelly, with stained walls, stained chairs, unkempt and dusty windows. I called the reception and experienced mansplaining by the front desk staff. First off, teach your staff manners on how to talk to women. You cannot be in the hospitality business with this attitude, at best, a mediocre property.
My husband had a horrendous experience at the front desk as well. He had to repeat the issue three times, and I repeat, THREE times, to three different people. Don't you folks have any sense of coordination or communication amongst yourselves? Rhetorical question, to which the answer is NO.
This is no way to treat customers that pay their hard earned money to book a property with you. Your incomplete responses of being offered the second small room, though we'd paid for the big one, is no excuse. We booked the place for work, and after this horrendous incident, had to maneuver through just to get a responsible response. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and not the way to operate a property.
After two hours of unacceptable responses, we demanded a refund and walked out. This is not how you treat guests being in the hospitality business.
The rooms were not even cleaned before giving them to us. A HUGE NO to ever booking this property again. A medley of messes, mismanagement, and incompetence.

I recently dined at [Country Inn and suites by Radission ] and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of some of the staff members the name of staff is Johnson While I had high hopes for a pleasant dining experience, the rudeness displayed by certain staff members left a lasting negative impression.
From the moment I arrived, it was evident that customer service was lacking and one of the lady behaviour for us very weird and we just asked for a tea they directly denied to us. This type of behavior is unacceptable in a restaurant that prides itself on delivering a quality dining experience.
I believe in giving constructive feedback, and I hope the management at [Country Inn & suites by Radission ] takes this seriously. A restaurant's success isn't just about the food; it's also about the service. Improving the staff's demeanor and professionalism is crucial for the restaurant's reputation.
On a positive note, I must acknowledge [food quality or ambiance was amazing], but unfortunately, the rudeness of some staff (Johnson) members overshadowed these positives.
I hope my feedback helps [Country Inn & Suites by Radission ] in addressing these issues and striving for better service in the future. I'm willing to give them another chance, but only if I see significant improvements in how customers...
