Subway Nexus Seawoods — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

On Aug 24, 2019 I visited this place with my friends. My friends ordered two non veg subs of the day. The healthy person who took our order and was preparing it didn't show any customer centric attitude. He was talking with his colleague while preparing. He added all the sauces without asking us which resulted in a terrible sandwich. All my friends could taste was the sauces. The same healthy person took payment from me. I entered incorrect pin while paying through my debit card. I then said that I will pay through cash and while he was returning the card I remembered the pin and asked to retry payment through card. To this he gave me a repulsive and angry facial expression as if I have wasted a lot of his energy and time by requesting to retry the payment through my card.

I am a subway fan since years but I am really disappointed services so I had to give such reviews and ratings. I had use the services of droptheQ to place my order of a veggie delight and they had not made according to the choices selected and instruction mentioned, it was below the subway standards the bread was the other one and the veggies were put like hardly few and even the sauces were not there, it felt like only if we stand and order then only they will make it proper, earlier also I have called for home delivery same problem I had faced.
