We ordered expecting tacos, got trauma instead. The food looked like it was in a serious identity crisis. The tacos were soggy, burritos were colder than my ex's heart, and don’t even get me started on the nachos — they looked like they gave up on life halfway through the plate. The staff? Bro, they acted like we personally ruined their day just by showing up. Zero chill, maximum attitude. Asked for some sauce, got a death stare instead. Michelin star levels of rudeness. And the plates? Straight outta Tihar Jail’s kitchen. I half-expected the warden to serve my food. Looked like they dug it out of a lost and found box for broken cafeteria trays. If Gordon Ramsay visited, he’d shut the place down and then sue them for emotional damage. 10/10 would not recommend — unless you’re into expensive disappointment with a side of bad vibes. I recently had the opportunity to visit the Taco Bell located at Grand Central NEXA Mall. First and foremost, the location of this Taco Bell is fantastic. The Grand Central NEXA Mall is a hub of activity and a popular destination for shoppers and foodies alike. It's no wonder that Taco Bell has chosen this location to set up shop. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was modern and playful and fun accents. The seating area was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. But let's get to the main attraction: the food. Taco Bell is known for its delicious Mexican-inspired cuisine, and this location certainly did not disappoint. I ordered the classic Crunchy Taco and was blown away by the flavors and textures. The crispy shell paired perfectly with the seasoned meat, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. I also tried the Nachos Supreme, which were loaded with toppings and absolutely delicious. One thing that really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to make sure my experience was enjoyable. I visited on 18th of January and the staff seemed to get my order wrong twice. So I had ordered a chicken MELTED CHEESE quesadilla but I had to send it back twice for warming and melting the cheese in it. To be honest I received my order pretty quick so I was suspecting that there might be a catch. Also FYI one more guest who ordered the same quesadilla had the same complaint that's when I knew they were serving stale quesadillas. Mr. Ravi whom I'm guessing was the shift incharge was very rude and was not ready to accept the mistake his staff had made but Mr. Sandeep who had similar uniform as Mr. Ravi was very polite and helpful, he had the basic knowledge of listening to the guests concern and then reacting to it not like Mr. Ravi who behaved disrespectfully with my friend.
