Be aware of ordering from this restaurant on swiggy or zomato

On March 22 i ordered a full murgh mussalam , 3 rumali roti & 3 butter naan through swiggy. I have tried these at the mall fee time and they were good. Thats y i ordered it

But when i received the order things were not same. In the full murgh mussalam there should be a full chicken with 8 piece . But instead of a full chicken I received a half chicken with only 6 tiny piece of chicken. Was very displeased as i have paid such a premium price.

I imminently called them and informed them that I haven’t received the full chicken. They told me that they have send full chicken and gave a excuse that may be the chicken is small thats why i didnt get 8 piece. I told them there was only one tangdi in the curry but they didn’t listen and told me that sir when you order next time tell us we will give you extra

So much disappointed that even after paying 800 rs I received half chicken and got cheated.

I ordered via Swiggy. We were so hungry that we forgot to take pics. I am absolutely in love with the food they serve at the Nawaabs. My order was : 🔸Butter chicken medium spicy : 5/5 🔸Awadhi Kali Mirch Murgh medium spicy : 5+/5 🌟 🔸Dahi k kebab : 4.5/5 🔸Roomali roti : 5/5 🔸Zafrani phirni : 5/5 I love that they give you option of the servings/portion & the spice level. I usually never eat gravy anywhere. But this place has my heart. My mom's dishes taste pretty similar to this place. Also the gravy wasn't too oily or heavy. Kali mirch murgh stole the show. Butter chicken tasted delicious too. Roomali roti was perfect, didn't go all chewy. Dahi k kebab were soft yet crispy & had the sour kick (which I love- might not be for everyone) Zafrani phirni was the perfect mildly sweet creamy deliciousness to end the meal. This outlet is in the food court area of Seawoods Grand Central Mall. We ordered Tundey kebab, paneer butter masala, romali roti and Paneer Tikka Biryani. Tundey kebab- Tasted bad 👎. I felt it was undercooked as well. Was no were close to the authentic tundey kebab of Lucknow. Paneer butter masala👍 was delicious and tasted great with romali roti. Paneer Tikka Biryani😋 - This biryani tasted so delicious. I totally enjoyed it. Right amount of spices and very flavourful.
