Wildbean Café — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Updated: It seems they are discontinued the Rs. 9 for a drink with a Rs. 500+ fuel bill. Found out during a subsequent visit.

This is a chain of cafes located within the Jio BP fuel stations.

One great thing is that it is open 24hrs as a result!! The other great thing is that it has freshly brewed coffee from freshly ground beans (as against instant coffee), done in impressive machines seen in high end cafeterias.

The place is clean. Brightly lit. Friendly staff. And has some provisions available too - like packaged snacks, some household consumables, etc. (much like a 7-11).

One interesting offer is that the place has some selection of coffees and tea for Rs. 9, if one shows a fuel bill of more than Rs. 500 from the same pump. The weird part is that while cappuccino is listed as one of the available options, simple black coffee (Americano, which is cheaper than cappuccino on their menu) was not! So it needed some amount of negotiations and explanations and pleading and the staff to call and check with his superiors before he agreed.

On the whole, a great option to have in a neighborhood, or on the sides of highways. Hope we see...

If there was an award for the rudest staff member alive, this lady would win it without competition. She has absolutely zero manners, no sense of professionalism, and behaves like the customers are beneath her. Even when spoken to politely, she responds with arrogance and a tone that screams “I hate my job and everyone here.” She acts all good when its about male customers

You walk in tired, maybe just wanting a normal human interaction — and she single-handedly manages to ruin your entire mood. She talks back, argues over the smallest things, and acts like she owns the place. Actually said “yeh tumhara hotel nahi hai” — which tells you everything about her attitude.

Her behavior is disgusting, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for anyone working in hospitality. Either train her to behave like a decent human being or save your customers the trouble and replace her.

The management needs to remove her from this position if they really care about their reputation even a slightest...

Pathetic experience. The lady working there has absolutely no manners or professionalism. She only speaks politely to male customers and talks in a cheap, disrespectful way to everyone else. When you simply ask her to prepare your order properly, she snaps back with lines like “This ain’t a hotel” or “You argue too much.” Her behavior is disgusting and totally unacceptable — she doesn’t even know how to talk to people. Wildbean Café seriously needs to take action and remove her. She’s ruining the café’s image and turning away customers with her attitude. Worst...
