Worst Experience I had... First, I ordered 3 plates of Chhole Bature and handed over the receipt for cooking... Meanwhile I ordered 2 Lassi also, which ofcourse they billed on a separate invoice.. Handed over only 1 plate of Chhole Bature, turned off the gas and I went shopping for other sweets waiting for rest 2 plates.. Only then made aware of buying for 299 and getting my beverages at a discounted price, but ofcourse the offer was not informed in advance.. Its your shop, your offers, could you not have informed in advance or asked as courtesy would one like to order something to drink..!!! Waiting forever, then when I reminded him for balance order, he then lit up the frying pan again..!! Bathura's were not fresh, Chhole not fresh, just had to pass the time.. Then AC was not working.. had to make someone turn on the pedestal fan, and later he started cleaning dust off shelves.. Guy even asked me should I stop the fan now if dust is bothering you..!! Well, the surprise of the moment.. Ordered Laal Rasbhari sweet.. the guy punched Kali Rasbhari on the bill and informed 3 different people I want Laal Rasbhari not Kali (Brown Rasgullas, not Black Rasgullas) but every one was like - oh the amount is same for both so its OK... What the hell... Packed Kali Rasbhari and I found out now at home... Pathetic, Careless, Ignorant Staff.. Big Brand and does not care anymore for...

Whenever I get a craving for something sweet, Bikanerwala is the first place that comes to mind. It’s my all-time favorite spot to indulge in traditional Indian sweets, and it never disappoints. The variety they offer is unmatched — you’ll find over 100 types of fresh sweets on any given day!
Some of my personal favorites are the Rasmalai, Dodha Burfi, Dry Fruit Laddu, and Kalakand — each one bursting with authentic flavors and perfect texture. But these days, the one sweet I can’t stop raving about is their Chhena Toast. Soft, rich, and soaked in just the right amount of syrup, it’s truly the showstopper on the menu right now.
Beyond the sweets, Bikanerwala also offers a wide selection of North and South Indian dishes, making it a great spot for a full meal too. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick snack or a proper thali, they’ve got you covered. That said, for me, the food is just a bonus — I mostly come here for the mithai!
The ambiance is pleasant, with a neat seating area upstairs that makes it ideal for catching up with friends or enjoying a peaceful solo treat.
Overall, Bikanerwala is more than just a sweet shop — it’s a place that brings back memories, satisfies cravings, and never fails to deliver quality. Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth or love for...
Read moreThis is one of the many sweet-shop-cum-restaurants from the house of Bikanervala. It's easy to locate and is right on the main road connecting Ring Road and Patel Nagar. Parking during rush hours or festival season is a huge problem. It is therefore highly recommended that you bring a chauffeur with you who can look after the vehicle while you shop in this outlet. Food quality in the restaurant upstairs is terrible. Sweets sold on the ground floor are factory-manufactured and not by hand and have therefore lost their classic taste. I don't go to this outlet any more other than to buy Indian snacks like samosas or tikkis. Not recommended.
Update: I am upgrading Food rating by one star on account of some positive changes. Flavor of food has definitely improved, although it still has some way to go before it can be labelled "Good". Snacks downstairs have improved and are now sumptuous. Staff is more courteous. Seating area upstairs needs cleaning. Tables are often sticky with leftover foods from previous diners. But food has improved. Table service...
