Domino's Pizza | Vasant Kunj, New Delhi — Restaurant in New Delhi

We just ordered 4 medium sized pizzas and everything about it was horrible.

I tried online and there was a chat option. I wante to find out what promotions were ongoing and I got a response that there are 64 people ahead of me. I kept waiting but there was no information as to how long it would take for somebody to get back to me. Frustrated, I hung up and called the store.

The order was taken in an ok fashion but it just took took long for Dominos to register what I wanted. I was told that the pizza will arrive in 40 minutes (more than the guaranteed 30) because my order was a "bulk" order!

The pizzas that arrived were horrible. They were cold and one of the pizzas, when it was delivered, was almost falling out of the box. There was hardly any sauce on the pizzas. Cold, cardboard like, devoid of any taste. This is NOTHING like the pizzas I used to have in the USA and Africa. Dominos is really ruining its brand in sub par quality pizzas here in India.

If the manager or store bothers to read this, I had placed this order under the name "Chanchal" in D7 block...

I want to tell all my brothers and sisters that you should never order from this Domino's store. They keep very poor quality products. They are ruining the name of Domino's and they give late orders and after that if we ask them for a 30 minute guarantee, they say that they will not give it. They do as they please. The delivery partner completes the order middway and then comes to us happily tasting it and it is very cold. pizza is very bad. You should not order pizza here at all. It is better if you order pizza with a local cart or Street. You will find it tasty. That is why I want to request you to never order from a poor quality restaurant in life. I am tired of ordering 10 times because there is no other option near my house. But now I will not do it because I will go to the street and eat at the corner, but will not order it...

This was my worst experience with dominos till date The total bill of Rs.506 after discount , was paid online and it was a prepaid order. First, the delivery guy called me 4 times repeatedly asking me if I could come across some road and meet at some red lights. I told him I could come down the hotel and meet at gate and then again he kept calling me, and when I told him to just cancel the order if they can’t deliver it , then he said , give me some extra money when I come to deliver, which was just unethical and unprofessional.

And when the delivery boy came , he asked me for Rs.63 as pending payment and some extra money for himself. Thats where it confused me. In that moment I was so stressed with all this drama , that I paid the extra Rs63. But the bill shows the total was Rs.506. Attaching the copy...
