Lotus Botanicals — Local services in Delhi

Five stars for the most pathetic company ever. After placing my order they are delaying my order since a month and continuously sending mails to me every second day so that I cancel my order. Even after calling customer care more than 3 times they are just giving same reply everytime that order is delayed even though my order was prepaid.

Don’t ever order from here

No company policies for delivering orders on time, pathetic customer service.

This is pure harassment bcoz if u don’t intend to deliver your products on time pls close down your company and stop harassing customers.

We don’t have time and money to waste on pathetic people and...

The products are ok. But I ordered from the official site instead of 2 bottles I have received only 1 . I paid the full amount for the 2 bottles but they are not accepting their mistakes and saying they have delivered correctly. I won't suggest anyone to buy these products specially from the original site.. they give you offers but actually you will not get the correct or proper amount...

Seems like a fraud company. Avoid purchasing anything from them .

I ordered face wash and they cancelled the order after 1 week.
