The Bake Brothers — Restaurant in New Delhi

I’ve always been a fan of The Bake Brothers and have been ordering from them since 2019, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. My husband ordered a 1kg cake for our child’s birthday, scheduled for delivery today at 6 pm. The owner, Ankit had promised to include some complimentary items like children’s paper caps as a goodwill gesture, even though we offered to pay for them.

When the delivery arrived, I was the one at home to receive it. To my surprise, the box only contained the cake and two small candles—none of the promised extras. When my husband called Ankit to find out what happened, Ankit claimed that the delivery person was supposed to ask us what additional items we needed. However, no such question was asked.

This oversight completely ruined what should have been a joyful birthday celebration. We were left scrambling at the last minute, unable to provide the promised party items for our child and their friends.

As someone who has been a loyal customer for years, this experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of care and attention from a business we’ve trusted for so long. Sadly, this experience has made us question whether we’ll continue to order from The Bake Brothers...

I can see many negative reviews here .. wish i could see these reviews before placing an order with them .. first of all they take order so casually ho jayga aa jayga then i asked them to deliver the order at 3:30 they said yes we will deliver at 3:30 .. they didn’t deliver i kept calling their guy was not picking up tge call .. my guests were there and I wasn’t able to serve them it was so humiliating .. they took the delivery charge approx 300 Rs and i asked them to deliver cold drinks and water bottles chilled but when it was delivered the bottles were warm .. these guys are disgusting.. if you don’t want to spoil your event never ever order here .. Also i ordered snack boxes they boxes were a total mess they delivered snack boxes paper boxes in a big blue polythene in which people keep clothes .. We ordered from Supreme bakery thought try from here this time but they are just spoiling events and playing with people’s health. I never give reviews but I don’t want anyone’s event to be spoiled I don’t want anyone to go through the same as people order from bakery for special events. Please i request you again not to order from here, else you will also be thinking like me that i wish i would have gone through the reviews before...

The Bake Brothers, the Bake Court with the yummilicious cakes and cupcakes, having warm environment and pleasant services; the owner pays attention to the minute details you're forward for, staff so courteous to interact to, every time on the toes to serve their best shot. Every single dish at the Bake Brothers is good to be tasted as every meal contains a lot more amount of cheese (snacks) and cream (desserts) to be digested by me as I'm a cheese and cream lover and each food lover in the town should definitely visit Bake Brothers to have the cheeselicious supper and the creamalicious desserts, the cakes and the cupcakes all in one. I ordered "The Butter Scotch", "The Chocolate" and "The Vanilla" cupcakes this time and each time I visit, which has always as good as an evening spent in heaven as cream on the top is the only ingredient which I look for. Also, they taste delicious. Cheers to The Bake Brothers, looking forward to visit again to have in sights with these yummies.
