I am writing to share my recent experience with your cake delivery service, which regrettably left me deeply dissatisfied. I had ordered a cake for my husband's birthday celebration, having been drawn in by the beautiful options displayed on your website. The anticipation was high, and I eagerly awaited the arrival of the cake. Unfortunately, when it did arrive, I was not at home, and my mother-in-law received the delivery. Regrettably, she was unaware of the importance of promptly inspecting the cake upon receipt. What added to my disappointment was the fact that the delivery person did not make any attempt to contact me at the time of delivery. This oversight further compounded the issue. Upon my return, I followed the provided instructions, allowing the cake to refrigerate for the recommended 70 minutes. Unfortunately, I failed to check it at this point, only to discover later that the cake, for which I paid a premium price of 2500/- for a 600 gm portion, was unsatisfactory. Upon reviewing my security camera footage, I observed the delivery person handling the box carelessly, which appeared to contribute to the cake's condition upon arrival. This revelation only added to my frustration and disappointment. In contrast, I decided to try another service, @Bakingo, which pleasantly surprised me with their prompt delivery, a sensibly placed cake on a secure base, and at a fraction of the cost. Upon contacting Tuilerese to express my dissatisfaction, I received an apologetic response, indicating a reluctance to take responsibility for the incident. While I acknowledge my own oversight in assuming the cake would be delivered intact, the experience has left me embarrassed, humiliated, and filled with tension on what was supposed to be a joyous occasion.

   Read moreI have been ordering cakes from Tuileries since the beginning of their start up but our last order from them wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Firstly on the website we had opted for the time slot 11am - 3pm and the cake was eventually delivered at 5.30pm , after following up with the team over a phone conversation. That day it hadn't rained so weather was not an issue. When having a conversation with the delivery person he mentioned that 4 orders were given to him at 2.30pm to deliver out of which one was ours. Secondly we had ordered the 'Heart Platter ' and one of the small cakes ( which was of chocolate mousse) when eaten had a very bitter burnt taste . This order was for the 3rd August 2025. I contacted the customer care number not once but twice explaining what had happened. The first time I was told that I would be contacted in the evening after talking to the team but that didn't happen so the next day I spoke to Kunal and the same thing was said that I'll be contacted after speaking to the team. This time the return call was to be at 6 pm but the call came after the time stated. Kunal mentioned that he had spoken to the team and they said that everything was OK from their side and that there was no possible this could have happened. I was told by Kunal that in the future when I place an order I should contact him directly and he will personally take care of the order. From this conversation he never once said he was sorry for this or any form of compensation was discussed. I really think the owner should look into the matter seriously as I don't think my complaint was put across as no action was taken ....
