Subject: Disappointing Experience with Tuilerese Cake Delivery I am writing to share my recent experience with your cake delivery service, which regrettably left me deeply dissatisfied. I had ordered a cake for my husband's birthday celebration, having been drawn in by the beautiful options displayed on your website. The anticipation was high, and I eagerly awaited the arrival of the cake. Unfortunately, when it did arrive, I was not at home, and my mother-in-law received the delivery. Regrettably, she was unaware of the importance of promptly inspecting the cake upon receipt. What added to my disappointment was the fact that the delivery person did not make any attempt to contact me at the time of delivery. This oversight further compounded the issue. Upon my return, I followed the provided instructions, allowing the cake to refrigerate for the recommended 70 minutes. Unfortunately, I failed to check it at this point, only to discover later that the cake, for which I paid a premium price of 2500/- for a 600 gm portion, was unsatisfactory. Upon reviewing my security camera footage, I observed the delivery person handling the box carelessly, which appeared to contribute to the cake's condition upon arrival. This revelation only added to my frustration and disappointment. In contrast, I decided to try another service, @Bakingo, which pleasantly surprised me with their prompt delivery, a sensibly placed cake on a secure base, and at a fraction of the cost. Upon contacting Tuilerese to express my dissatisfaction, I received an apologetic response, indicating a reluctance to take responsibility for the incident. While I acknowledge my own oversight in assuming the cake would be delivered intact, the experience has left me embarrassed, humiliated, and filled with tension on what was supposed to be a joyous occasion. This unfortunate incident was a first for me, and it has left a lasting impression. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in your service delivery, ensuring that future customers do not face a similar experience.

I ordered a cake from. Tuileries patisserie yesterday for my husband's birthday. The delivery was booked for the 11am-3pm slot and my cake was delivered at 3:41 pm. Although I requested for early delivery as I was supposed to go outside, they agreed in the chat, but didn't deliver on time. The cake was received by my help and she kept it in the fridge. When I came back and opened the box at 8 pm I saw the cake in a spoiled state. Sent the picture msg immediately to their support desk, but they are available only till 7 pm so didn't get the response. The next day even after seeing the msg nobody from the team contacted me. I msgd and later received a call from Manav their customer executive. He put the entire blame on his delivery partner and very smartly said if your package was delivered at 340 and you informed them late and as per the delivery policy only the delivery charges will be refunded or adjusted in the next order. I paid 2399 for the order. I had to order a new cake and in refund I got the confirmation of returning the 399 delivery charges. Pathetic experience. No shame and apology. And it happens when I am their regular customer. Entire blame they put on me as I informed them late. But no responsibility as a company to ensure the good customer experience. When we order on Zomato or Swiggy if such an episode happens they immediately refund the entire amount. But there is no professionalism. Will not buy anything in future from this unit or not recommend to others. Highly unprofessional.

Tuileries has brought France to Delhi with their fantastic entremets and viennoseries. The taste, texture, presentation, art - you’ll be left with a big smile the moment the first bite of that perfect mousse melts in your mouth. I am personally very particular about the quality and taste of chocolate and Tuileries has hit the right chords. They only use Callebaut chocolate in all their products and there’s nothing to not like in any of the items they offer. Sinful layers of chocolate mousse with mud/sponge cake inserts - I am almost drooling as I write this. I have ordered Belgian Chocolate and Hazelnut cake, Gateau Mocha cake, Mixed Berries tea cake, Belgian Truffle Cake, Dark Chocolate Yule Log Cake, Almond Biscottis and Belgian Chocolate Cookies so far. It’s difficult to choose every time I place an order as I get spoilt by the choices they offer. Not just the cakes, I think they serve the best Almond Biscottis too!

Disappointing Sugary Cake Experience .

Writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the cake I recently ordered from your establishment for my son's 13th birthday. As a customer who was enticed by the stunning cakes displayed on your website and the corresponding prices, I had high hopes for an exceptional cake prepared by a renowned baker or chef.

Regrettably, the cake we received fell far short of our expectations. Its excessive sweetness was overwhelming, making it nearly inedible for our guests. It was a complete departure from the balanced and delightful flavor we anticipated based on the pictures and descriptions provided on your website.

While I understand that taste preferences can vary, I can assure you that this is not a matter of mere "sugar consciousness." We have ordered cakes for special occasions from various establishments in the past, and never have we encountered such an extreme level of sweetness that compromised the overall enjoyment and experience of the celebration.

Moreover, I am deeply disheartened by the shop's dismissive response to our feedback while speak to Ms Ankita. Instead of acknowledging our concerns, your representative suggested that we and our guests may simply be overly sensitive to sugar. Such a response is both unprofessional and disrespectful to paying customers who entrusted their special occasion to your establishment.

I am compelled to share my negative experience with others, as I believe it is crucial for potential customers to be aware of the discrepancy between the enticing images on your website and the actual quality of the product delivered. I would strongly encourage readers to explore alternative options before considering ordering from Tuileries Patisserie. I have been ordering cakes from Tuileries since the beginning of their start up but our last order from them wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Firstly on the website we had opted for the time slot 11am - 3pm and the cake was eventually delivered at 5.30pm , after following up with the team over a phone conversation. That day it hadn't rained so weather was not an issue. When having a conversation with the delivery person he mentioned that 4 orders were given to him at 2.30pm to deliver out of which one was ours. Secondly we had ordered the 'Heart Platter ' and one of the small cakes ( which was of chocolate mousse) when eaten had a very bitter burnt taste . This order was for the 3rd August 2025. I contacted the customer care number not once but twice explaining what had happened. The first time I was told that I would be contacted in the evening after talking to the team but that didn't happen so the next day I spoke to Kunal and the same thing was said that I'll be contacted after speaking to the team. This time the return call was to be at 6 pm but the call came after the time stated. Kunal mentioned that he had spoken to the team and they said that everything was OK from their side and that there was no possible this could have happened. I was told by Kunal that in the future when I place an order I should contact him directly and he will personally take care of the order. From this conversation he never once said he was sorry for this or any form of compensation was discussed. I really think the owner should look into the matter seriously as I don't think my complaint was put across as no action was taken ....
