I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the significant delay in the delivery of my recent order placed on Dated 13 June2025 and At the 20:02 Hours

Despite waiting for an extended period, the order was either delivered extremely late or is still pending, which is quite frustrating and unacceptable, especially given Bikaner’s reputation for good service. One more thing I noticed that the cashier returned less cash than was due. Upon checking, when i was Cancelled my order I found that ₹100 was short. Such delays & Behaviour cause inconvenience and affect the overall dining experience. I request you to look into the matter seriously and ensure better coordination and timely delivery in the future.

Please also let me know the reason for the delay and what steps are being taken to avoid such issues going forward.

Starting from the cash counter - As we were not finding any unoccupied seats on the ground floor, I asked the guy behind the counter whether there is a seating facility upstairs also? That guy looked towards me giving an arrogant look, but didn't answer anything. How much it was going to cost him if he would have replied in a couple of words "yes" or "yes, it is available".. But no! he looked like it was not his job to reply to any queries.

Service - AC was shut down while we hadn't finished yet. Staff who had shut down the AC, gave a foolish excuse that "since the first floor section (rajasthani thali) has been closed so we are supposed to shut down the AC".

Food quality - No good experience. The bhaturas and dosa which are supposed to be prepared fresh, were not fresh at all. The taste and chewing of them seemed like they were reheated.. Rest of items were ok ok.

Restrooms - Restrooms were clean and tidy.

Overall - If things don't improve. This place would be the last option to visit...
