Visited this place recently on 2nd June 2024. **Pros:** 1. The ambiance is really awesome. It's a new place, so we'll have to see how long they can maintain it. 2. The music was adequately loud, enough to enjoy while having a chit-chat with your friends, family, or partner without any problems. 3. The food is of decent quality and taste. Some people might find it on the spicier side. 4. The location is nice for a drive over the Bypass and dinner. **Cons:** **Service:** Really bad. I started ordering the main course at around 9:15 PM, and their service was really bad. Even if you order items all at once, they will not serve everything together. First, they will serve the main course dish (sabji/curry) and later bring whatever breads you have ordered. Other times, it's vice versa, and all your hot-served food becomes cold by the time you can start eating. We waited for more than 45-50 minutes twice before we could start eating our food. In the end, we had to cancel/reject our last few orders as it was already too late for everyone to leave. We were waiting 10-15 mins for as simple thing as water and menu. **Feedback for owner & management:** Please allow a limited number of people on weekends if your kitchen cannot serve or handle a big crowd. Or upgrade the staff and kitchen capacity for busy days. If the service issue is not addressed for a long time, people may come once but will think ten times before coming again or suggesting the place to others.

If you find yourself on the highway near Phoenix Mall, make sure to stop by Car'obar—a delightful bar and restaurant that truly stands out🍸! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly staff who are eager to make your experience enjoyable 👍🏻. Their warm hospitality sets the tone for a wonderful visit. There are plenty of parking available. 🚗 The ambiance at Car'obar is absolutely stunning, inspired by a Boho-chic aesthetic that creates a relaxed and inviting atmosphere 🤩. The decor is cozy, making it an Instagram-worthy spot perfect for capturing those picture-perfect moments 📸. Whether you’re there for a casual meal or a night out with friends, the setting is sure to enhance your experience.👌🏻 Now, let’s talk about the food! The taste and quality of the dishes are simply amazing. Each item on the menu is crafted with care, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented😋. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available, which might be a consideration for some diners. While we didn’t order any drinks since we don’t consume alcohol, there is a wide selection of beverages available to complement your meal.🍻🥂 Overall, Car'obar is a must-visit if you’re in Indore or nearby. With its friendly staff, beautiful ambiance, and exceptional food, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a great meal. Don’t miss out on this gem!🤗 Find me on instagram as :- @The_Arresting_Snap

Visited this place on a weekend evening. The ambiance is undoubtedly vibrant and beautiful, with options for indoor, outdoor, and terrace seating. During winters, they offer bonfire tables for an extra charge of 300 INR, which adds a cozy touch. The live music further elevated the vibe, making the evening enjoyable in parts. However, the overall experience was let down by several factors. The service was okay, but the timing policies were poorly managed. Although the restaurant is open until 12 a.m., the last order is taken at 11:20 p.m., and the staff starts closing activities by 11:40 p.m. This leaves little time to enjoy your meal as the staff begins switching off lights and whistling for customers to leave. This rushed environment completely ruined our experience, forcing us to leave our food unfinished. At such a high-priced place, this approach is unacceptable. If they have a hard stop at 12 a.m., orders should not be taken beyond 11 p.m. The food quality was mixed. While the veg starters we tried were good, the pasta was completely bland and disappointing. To make matters worse, many menu items, such as the veg platter and non-veg platter any few others, were unavailable. Additionally, a glass of hot water was priced surprisingly high, something most high-end restaurants provide as a courtesy. Parking was another inconvenience. Despite the place not being fully occupied and several tables empty, the parking space for four-wheelers was very limited, forcing us to park on the roadside. There is no vallet parking. The security staff, though polite, seemed untrained.

The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between lively and cozy, making it an ideal spot for both a casual meal or a night out with friends. Hi guys VIsited the place at night for dinner, the place is situated near best price bypass indore. I have to say the place is big they have plenty of sitting options indoor and outdoor, we choose the outdoor option, sitting options are normal simple table and chair, not very comfortable for long sitting. Now talking about the food we specifically told them at the begining of order that everything will be veg and then we started placing order, but from the first dish itself they disappointed us by providing chicken manchow soup , thankfully no one eat it as the chicken was visible straight away, The service was very very slow and small readymade items like lemon , green chilly were also provided with great delay and they made us repeat small things multiple times. Talking about the food i ordered sev tamator, dal tadka , kaju paneer masala, tandoori roti, veg kothe, paneer phahadi tikka (starter), garlic nan and masala papad.. food quality was ok, taste of food was okay, i only liked dal and sev tamator rest of the things were mediocre tasting and price to taste ratio is not upto the mark, price to quantity ratio is not upto the mark. overall with all the disappointments its one time visit place for me .

From the moment I walked in, I knew this would be a dining experience like no other. The ambiance was nothing short of magical—soft lighting, jazz in the background, and an atmosphere that made you feel like royalty. The staff was incredibly attentive, anticipating every need before I even had to ask. Now, the food—let’s just say it was an awakening. The artichoke dip was an explosion of flavors that made me question the very meaning of life. Then came the lamb rack, which was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. Each bite felt like a religious experience, and the seasoning? Perfection. The signature cocktail? I’m pretty sure it was made by the gods themselves. And the dessert—oh, the chocolate souffle. It was pure magic in every bite, like diving into a pool of molten chocolate with a choir of angels in the background. I considered ordering another, but I feared I might have an emotional breakdown from the sheer joy of it all. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a journey, an experience that I’ll never forget. If you’re lucky enough to dine here, prepare for an unforgettable adventure of the senses. Trust me, you’ll never want to leave.
