My first experience was overwhelming. Was greeted while entering Assisted me while having my chair offered me a glass of orange drink All the Tangibles are beautifully decorated.

From the table to the food, the ambience, the waiters, the managers everyone is so well trained that they know how to serve.

Rating in the RATER scale

Responsiveness- Well mannered and well trained staff served me the order within a span of 15 mins (Starter in 5 mins and main course within next 10 mins)

Assurance- Good knowledge about all the food items in the menu , suggestion for me by the staff was great and I loved their suggestions, while billing I instructed them to part the bill in cash payment and atm payment so they did it quickly.

Tangibles- The curtains, door, floor, tables, table contents, light, music( which was so good that we felt it soothing), air conditioning (best), smell of the restaurant is absolutely nothing which is very good you can only smell your food, the uniforms of the staff, the plates, the glasses all of them are beautifully done not a single mistake.

Empathy- Respecting our private space and maintaining distance between tables are best, responding to our every query is very good everyone is so well mannerd

Reliability- The food delivered was as it was told and they followed my instructions of how I will want the food( like spicy or not)

So this is the best service outlet for a restaurant in Rourkela for me

Edit: The noodles are BLAND, even stalls serve better noodles. QUANTITY IS LESS EVEN CONSIDERING INDUSTRIAL STANDARDS. The Monte Carlo Dessert isn't authentic, its a fancy name they gave to a made up dish. Tutti Frutti was good and so was chicken 65, but quantity is less even for industrial standards. The welcome drink was horrible this time : Jaljeera water (unsweetened).

This might be one of the finest restaurants in Rourkela. They have completely renovated old Vatika , giving it a cosy ambience with the brick embedded walls, a beautiful piece of modern wall-art and especially the staircase adjacent to the wall with artificial ferns . The interior designing is on point : 10/10.

The staff are very well mannered, taking care to present themselves politely with a soft voice. We were greeted upon entering and were served with a welcome drink, a syrup based beverage. Customer service : 7/10

The food was exactly like they explained, very delicious with hardly anything to complain about. Chicken Teriyaki was perfect, and this might be the only place in Rourkela where they serve this Japanese delicacy. I felt the brownie was a bit dry, but I think they'll improve it as I have stated this minor issue in the...

Had a mixed experience with my recent visit...the overall taste of food was good...but the quantity of the main course items was not satisfactory at all..!! I had ordered...Non Veg Hakka Noodles, Crispy Babycorn Chilly in the starters...both the dish were good...but the disaster arrived in the form of the main course...we had ordered...Jeera Rice, Peas Pulao, Masala Kulcha, Murg Tikka Lababdar, Mutton Roganjosh... although the taste was Okay...but the quantity of Mutton Roganjosh is dissatisfactory...the dish costd Rs 430/- and all that we got was...4 very small pieces of so called mutton..it was only bone and nothing else...a total waste...!! And about the Murg Tikka Lababdar...the cost was Rs 390/- and we got very small 6 pieces...!!! I was highly dissatisfied with the quantity according to the prices...!! I would probably prefer not...
