Extremely bad staff.Even don't remember who has ordered first andwho to serve fast.Encouraging people to break the lines and take the order first.The two women taking the order were very irresponsible and i think belgian waffles branch should appoint good staffs and replace these irresponsible people.And even there one customer misbehaved me and broke the line and took the order first and they even gave that order to her first and even didn't prepared my order.I don't think belgian waffles shouldn't open any branch if they can't hire...

When it’s about waffle, I blindly choose this brand. But today you people disappoints me. The waffle I got was pretty small not pretty actually it was very small. I don’t know why the heck I pay the full amount I’m thinking now. And then the chocolate shake, btw in which way you guys doing the packaging? While opening the Zomato branding seal I loose half my time and energy and I end up opening that container but half of my shake fell off ! Due to your packaging. Such a horrible...

This place smells like heaven (i mean hot waffles and chocolates). They have a wide varieties of waffles and if asked they can be personalized according to your taste. Belgian waffle with vanila ice cream and roasted almonds is my all time favorite. It's not that sweet and is very milder. The softness of the ice cream and the crunchy almonds do some kind of magic in the mouth. 🤤 The staff is very patience and listening and suggests things accordingly. She always comes forward...
