I recently had the pleasure of ordering chicken fried rice from Amantran Restaurant, and it was an absolute delight! From the first bite to the last, this dish exceeded all my expectations.

Booked this restaurant via District app for 11 PM with my family. We finished dinner, paid the bill through the app, and the payment was visible on their system too. Yet the staff and owner shamelessly denied the booking, claiming they didn’t receive any email.

At 12 midnight, instead of resolving it, they harassed us and tried to force us to pay again — a clear attempt to scam us into double-paying. When we complained to District/Zomato, the “solution” offered was: pay again now and wait 5–6 days for a refund. Absolutely pathetic.

The biggest joke? The owner himself said: “This is why we don’t use useless apps like Zomato District.” But right outside their restaurant, they proudly display a big Zomato partnership board to lure customers. Total hypocrisy and fraud.

This place only cares about its bar business and has zero respect for diners. Arrogant owner, rude staff, and a management that thrives on cheating customers.

If you value your money and peace of mind, stay away from this scammy restaurant. Also zomato customer care will ask the customer to oay the charges double but wont ask restaurant to settle it but harrass customer by restaurant owner and...

The service is very pathetic in Amantran. Not recommended even for any parties. They are very careless people and also they are greedy only for money and not service-oriented. I have hosted the birthday party for my son and it was a very humiliating experience for us. First they deliberately switched off the AC to create the discomfort for our guests. And the service was tad slow that some of our guests left without having dinner and many of them were upset. We kept on waiting and waiting and waiting to get the food served. Also, when the guests took thier seat they were asking them to shift to some other table which itself is an insult for the guest in particular. They don't deserve even one Star rating.
