My Experience : 1st time with this restaurant : I ordered Mysore masala dosa and onion tomato uttappa, waited for order. My friend's order was delivered and mine was not. When asked the manager, he says has not started the process as tava can fit only 4 orders and online order was getting processed and here I am sitting for last 30 mins thinking my order was getting ready where as if I had not asked I wouldn't have got one as he had not remembered to process my order. This is the state of business here. So to sum up the ones who are sitting in restaurant are least important as online has priority as I experienced here. Since this is treatment given to customers.
Food quality : not at all up to mark for the price.
Anna dosa cafe Coffee : Absolutely fantastic. This is the only thing I might go to der place.
Feedback to owner : People come to you for good food experience and if you give them such experience that to first time. Do u think they would want to come back to your place.
I make you the judge since you have invested money to make people come to your place and have good experience of the cuisine your entire restaurant is themed after and your staff is doing such mismanagement. This might be one odd experience but for me it started bad that too first time.

Read moreHi We are regular customers and fans of your mini dosa thali. However, our last two visits have been disappointing, with the recent one being particularly bad.
From the moment we entered, there was no one to welcome us or guide us to a seat. The staff seemed more engrossed in their phones, and it took 7 minutes for someone to take our order after we called them over. We had to repeatedly ask for basic things like water and tissues. Even when our plates were empty, we had to request the staff to clear them. And it’s not as if the restaurant was full or busy at the time.
The staff didn’t smile and appeared tired and unenthusiastic. Regular training might help improve their service and attitude.
One of our favorite dishes is the pineapple sheera, especially the pineapple chunks that usually come with it. But today, it was replaced with cashews. While I understand that pineapple might not have been available, the amount of sugar in the sheera was so excessive that the three of us couldn’t finish even one serving.
We’ve always enjoyed dining here, but I hope these issues are addressed so the experience improves soon.

Inflated Prices Almost 3X of Regular Prices Poor Staff Service Bad Infra , When i visited today there was power cut and this so called executive restraurant didnt even had any emergency bulbs running . All customers were eating in complete dark without any fan . Adding to it chimney smoke was all over restraurant . While we all paid heavy charges for AC restraurant what we expected to have some backup at least like inverter or at least emergency bulbs . You cant just let customers eat in complete dark for hours by saying light hi nahi hai . Utter nonsense , common sense that they should replace some of bulbs with emergency bulbs so next time at least kisiko andhere me na khana pade . Owner should feel ashamed of their own service .
No proper Q management Tables are placed so close to chair that any 80kg plus person will have hard time getting in chairs 😂😂
Guys please improve your infra to make customer feel comfortable sitting inside i literally felt like why the he”” i am here 😪
